They have lost the info to our six cats. They did not even tell us, we found out from word and mouth that they had lost loads of info. When we checked, ours was missing. Didn't receive any emails informing us. Checked there web site and there is nothing on there web site informing people of there problems. Had I lost a cat withing the last two weeks then there was no info relating to the cat and us. I'm so angry and disgusted with them.
