I ordered a personal scripted Keychain for my boyfriend for Christmas on Nov 7. Received an email on the 13th saying it was shipped, FROM CHINA. This was suppose to be a company in the U.S. The tracking number worked until it hit Akron ohio. It has been "in transit to next facility" since Dec 3rd. Every update from the 3rd to the 7th still says "in transit". Updates stopped on the 7th, nothing since then. I have called the post office in Akron and they say they never received this tracking number. I have emailed them twice now with no response from them at all. I will be contacting my bank and the BBB to report fraud. I'm scared to get a response on here from Tony, the so called representative on here. Reading his responses, "due to covid" is a crock. I do not believe he's an American representative and I do not believe this company has an office in Minnesota. I have received all of my orders from Wish, Amazon, GearBubble and Adam and Eve. Akron ohio is less than an hour from me, most of my packages shipped threw there and no others we late or lost. If the tracking on this item shows it hit Akron then Akron would show it as well when I called. They did not. This company is a scam

I thought this company was in Minnesota as that is what it says on their website. However after my order for a compass for my boyfriend's birthday did I find my order was shipping from China. They claimed my order shipped 9/28/2020 but there has been absolutely no movement on my shipment. Every time I email they say they will get back to me and to give it more time. I requested a full refund and they stopped responding. At this time I am considering legal action. Do not order from them they are a scam.

I thought this company was in Minnesota as that is what it says on their website. However after my order for a compass for my boyfriend's birthday did I find my order was shipping from China. They claimed my order shipped 9/28/2020 but there has been absolutely no movement on my shipment. Every time I email they say they will get back to me and to give it more time. I requested a full refund and they stopped responding. At this time I am considering legal action. Do not order from them they are a scam.

Ordered a personalized compas for my man in beginning of October. Now end of nov and its still not here. Customer service is a joke. They took my money fast enough but no merchandise. Don't order ANYTHING from these people. They will take your money and not deliver anything then blame it on shippers. I work for a shipping company. They are scammers. Shop somewhere else. Lesson learned. These people are thieves. Plain and simple.

I have bought my wife a shield maiden necklace, a couples rune and a mystery item costing me around a hundred $. The money isn't the concern the concern is the fact I only recieved the necklace out of the 3 items I purchased and that was only 41 $ out of the deal that I wanted to purchase. The company now has 51$ of mine because they failed to deliver my other two items. Don't buy from this company rip off and a great disappointment. Really upset that I wasted my money on them.

I ordered a pair of cocker spaniel sneakers. The size is not US accurate. Now I can't reach anyone and am out of $60 for shoes that are too small because they're inaccurately US sized. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping on inaccurately described merchandise is all I can find. I'm unable to reach these people customer service!

I ordered oct 3 for a birthday gift. A month later I ask where my item was, they said they didn't see tracking and would send another one. I sent 2 more emails and got no response. Now its almost 3 months later no one will respond, no item or refund. Im just going to go to my bank. Terrible service and never got my item!. We run a store ourselves this is the worse customer service and you won't receive your items!

3 weeks ago I placed an order for the motorcycle keychain for my husband for Christmas. 2-4 weeks ship time quoted. I have sent 3 emails wanting an update for my order and no one bothers to reply. I just want verification and tracking that it shipped. Very disappointed because I really wanted this for him. Now we are just a little over a week until Christmas and I know NOTHING. Heck I get stuff from China ordering thru Wish quicker than this.

Ordered from their site and got a tracking #. That's when I found out stuff is from China. Problem is the tracking status never changes and no one from this company replies to my emails. And email is the only way to reach them. I'm assuming by my experience thusfar along with experience of others that this company is a scam & I can expect to NEVER receive items I purchased. I will contact PayPal to see how to dispute charges. Wish I were smarter & checked these reviews before I purchased from their website.

Ordered a pocket watch 6/15/2020 under the "Father's Day Gifts" promotions. LOL... Father's Day came and went. So I thought I'd give it to him the day our honeymoon started, 6/26, no product. Emailed them on 7/6 asking the status. Got a canned response, looking in to, allow a couple more days for the post to deliver. Emailed again 7/10, told them the only thing the tracking site is showing is the "information received",. Emailed again 7/14/20, the product hasn't even been shipped. What advertise for a particular day (Father's Day) when you can't come close to the delivery? This place is scandalous!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's been over 2 and half months since I ordered a gift for my husband and here I am still waiting. I contacted customer service and was told I would get my tracking number in a few days and that was over a month ago. Do not waste your money or time on these guys.

I purchased 2 necklaces for my daughter's around Valentines day. I was hoping that my order would arrive some where close to Valentines Day. When I contacted customer service they told me it would take 10 to 30 days. It has now been over 35 days and still no necklaces. I would not order from this company if you expect to recieve your order in a timely manner. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't due to it being shipped and then shipped them two days later.

I had purchased two items from this scam prior to reading reviews. It's been close to a month and I've yet to receive anything. I already found and received better and less expensive items on Amazon. I don't care how you do it, but give me my refund now! I've already filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company a good while back!

They sent me a hoody made by GILDAN, when the hoody pictured on their site is from Homage…

I paid $65 because I thought I was getting a quality hoody, not GILDAN crap.

They have yet to address my complaints to their customer service email address.

Do not buy anything from these shady people.

Not only was the image coloring incorrect, the hoody used was of lesser quality than advertised.

Petloveclothes sucks!

This place is a joke. I ordered a keychain for my husband for Christmas. I received a notice that it was shipped over a week ago. When looking up the tracking number it is "not found" Money has come out of my account. The number posted on the website is "not in service" I have sent 2 emails with no reply. Completely disgusting service. Never EVER order from this place. I'm sure I was scammed.

I ordered a couple days ago without looking up reviews. I got charged an international shipping fee of $2 in my bank account! The company is supposed to be in the U.S.! I'm already angry. I'm not holding my breathe to actually get my product based on these reviews... so frustrating! Now I have to contact my bank and make sure no other money comes out from them! Ugh! I should have done my research! I always do and I didn't this time because this was a perfect wedding gift for my future husband... has anyone ACTUALLY received their product from this company? I feel like I just threw $30 bucks Down the drain... ugh!

I ordered in November. Still nothing and email response is that shipping is taking longer than expected. Tracking said it left 12/8. I have my doubts after reading these reviews.

I wish I had the option to give them zero stars. I placed an order on 9/20/20. To this date, 11/18/20, no product has been delivered nor has there been any tracking information for shipment. I have sent several emails to the company with no results. They immediately accepted payment from my bank account but, have not produced the product I paid for. Do not order from this company!

Avoid ordering at all costs.
These guys need to be region locked to prevent them from scamming people outside of there country.
If you did order, contact your bank/PayPal immediately and cancel your orders.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered a compass for my partner. I ordered the compass on the 6th of October for my partners birthday. It is now the 21st of December and still no product. They blamed the shipping for the delay. I have been asking for a full refund and they have now chosen to ignore my emails. Please do not buy from this company, I cannot stress this enough.

I ordered a necklace for my wife for christmas on Nov 19th. Have not had a single update on shipping since that day. No reply from email to the *******@petlovegift.com address. Tracking number is in China. Didn't want to order from wish.com due to ridiculous shipping times and it turns out I ordered from wish.com's even slower cousin... Tony D my order number is A shipment from order #PLG******* is on the way... hope you can figure something out. If by some miracle I recieve this in time to give to my wife for christmas I will remove this review. Until then I have to go purchase another gift to make up for it at a brick and mortar store as I no longer have any faith in online retailers...

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering! I ordered a compass which clearly stated shipping times of 10-15 business days. I ordered May 27 and received a tracking number on June 1. The package never moved.

I emailed them 20 days later and was told it was waiting for pickup and to give it a few days. A few days later, still no movement so I asked that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. No response.

I emailed them again and asked them to cancel and refund, this time they said they just got them back in stock and will ship within the week and I again asked them to cancel and refund. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and filed a complaint yesterday.

I thought this was a US based store since that is what the website says. I ordered my husband a key chain for his birthday. I ordered it just shy of a Month before his birthday. It is now a week past and still nothing. The last shipment update I got was it had cleared customs in NY... 7 days ago! I had to go out and get him something else for his Birthday. I figured I would just put this under the tree. But I am guessing maybe I can give it to him for our Anniversary in March. I sent emails, and the responses are just automated and do not help at all.

I ordered an item 5/4 and it cleared customs on 5/19... it was picked up by a company that day. Yet some how has never made it to USPS. I have reached out to them at least 3 times about where my package is. I have asked them to reach out and find where my package. I have worked customer service before and I always offered to locate packages, file a missing package claim, etc and they just tell me sorry it is taking long. We will let you know when there is happy news. At this point I want my money back! Almost $40 spent and I have nothing to show for it. It is also an anniversary gift for my husband and that date has come an gone!

I ordered something for my man for Valentine's. Been waiting and asking for it. First it was COVID. Then the package was lost. I explained he was moving soon. Asked for money back. No. Now they insist on sending it. Gave them address. Took weeks for them to write back. Asked uf the original shipping address was ok to send to... NOPE. HE MOVED. Sooo frustrating.

I placed an order for a compass on 11/01/20. This gift was from my daughter to her dad bought with money she had earned over the summer and tutoring at school. Like all other reviews I too thought this company was based in Minnesota like their website says, but found out they are based in China after my item "apparently" shipped. The tracking information provided by this company said that my order shipped on 11/04/20 and that is the status my order has been in since placing the order (today is 12/02/20). It has been exactly 1 month since my purchase. I sent my first email to customer service on 11/17/20. A response was sent a few days later asking me to be patient. To give it a few days and the tracking information should update. It never did. I have sent 3 additional emails since then and this company has not answered any of them. Like other complaints as soon as I requested a refund the responses on their end stopped. Now my daughter is out $45.00. These people suck and should all be in jail for stealing and fraud. I have reported them to the BBB as well as have contacted my bank asking them to flag this charge as unauthorized.
