My cat loves this food. I ordered it from Petocart which gave me a huge discount on the bulk purchase. Amazing Customer Support as they provided me great coupons for the next purchase which additionally provides me 5% discount.
Received the product with damage. After 15+ emails, numerous calls they kept telling me they had to check with the "accounts dept" to see if they could issue a partial credit. NEVER followed up or called me back. Gave me the runaround! Will NEVER shop with them again... not reputable at all. Will be filing complaints with BBB and Texas Attorney General to give them a heads up as to how this company operates.

I order it for my dog, He usually don't consume any food but from particulate brands, I found it on this website with best price and fresh stock. I made the order and it come to my location within 3 days. I am happy my Doggo don't want to wait too much for his favorite food.

Terrible experience. They sent me a $400 cage that was damaged and when arrived the box was totally torn apart and there were parts missing... essential ones like the roof and the perches. I contacted them and they offered a full refund or replacement. I told them I wanted a replacement. They than emailed back and only offered 20% refund and said they don't have a replacement. I told them I want a full refund as offered originally than. They have now bot responded and the numbers to contact them... no one ever answers. Talk about a scam business!
After writing the first review, I was waiting for about 8 days for my order. It wasn't like it was a heavy or bulky item, just a small fish tank filter of $6.99. They responded to an email I sent and replied that because I did not pay for shipping, they sent it the standard method of shipping. Which means, the absolutely slowest way. Even though it had a tracking number on the package, I guess not paying for shipping also did not get me the consideration of sending me an email to let me know it was shipped. I finally did get the item and everything was fine. Just real slow.
I ordered one simple item, a fish tank filter, and 8 days after I have purchased with a charge on my paypal account, I have not gotten notified that it has shipped and have not received it either. Very poor follow through and communication. I sent an email asking to the status, lets see if they even respond. I hope I do not have to open a paypal dispute.
I ordered a pet accessories for my maxy very pleased with the design of the site. Easy to maneuver through and found what I needed quickly at a reasonable price.
This company over charges and short ships orders. When you call to request assistance, it is VERY VERY difficult to get a call to go through to someone. Then they deny all wrongdoing and will not help you or correct the problem. ABSOLUTE CROOKS.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH SOMEONE VIA PHONE. I FINALLY SPOKE WITH A GENTLEMAN (AND I USE THAT TERM LOOSELY) WHO WOULD NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR MY SHORT-SHIPPED ITEMS. I DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER GOING INTO THE CHARGE AMOUNT BEING DIFFERENT ON THE INVOICE FROM THE PACK LIST. ABSOLUTE CROOKS.

They cheated me, & refused to resolve the issue.
I had ordered 3 cases of the Natures Recipe Chicken & Duck 2.75 oz. The sent me 3 single units.
FYI: most of their phone numbers they list are disconnected.
This "company" is a complete scam. They pretend like it's a U.S. website but then ship from overseas or through Amazon.com. They are frauds, STAY AWAY!

I place an order and never got my product (or a confirmation email). I called their customer service number which has a 281 area code but based on the accents I think I was speaking to someone in India. I called several times and I was told to call back in an hour multiple times. Never why I had to call back because I could never understand what they were saying.
During one of my calls I finally got someone to tell me that the product I ordered was out of stock. I asked for a refund and was told that I would get it in 3-4 business days. That never happened. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back.
Just stay away from Petocart, they are a total SCAM!
