I wish I would have seen all of these reviews BEFORE I attempted to use this company!@betterbusinessbureau... there seems to be a theme here. Promising pieces much lower that what the company ends up charging. Can this be correct? I know in the financial industry there are regulations that protect the customer from this type of activity!
Customers service representatives that like to throw insults at their customers for canceling their subscription due to the company promising one price sending emails with that confirmed price then going in and charging a price $40 MORE!

I had a paid membership for discount pet medicine. While checking out my recent order I noticed a ‘save 20%' button on the screen. I pressed it and my membership order went from $100.09 to $119.00! Surely there was a mistake, right?! I called them directly to learn that discount is for nonmembers only. Well why do you list it on members website, I was logged in as a member, don't let me see that button then! While on hold for a supervisor, the repeat recording said if I joined their membership I could save on prescription meds AND receive an additional 20% on their website. FALSE ADVERTISING. HHow do you trust a liar, especially when they are supposed to be handling my pups meds. If they are untrustworthy on their advertising, what else are they untrustworthy about? EVERYTHING!

I've had the PetPlus membership for 2 years. I used it for dog toys, dog treats and bought all my pets and family pets gifts for Christmas through this service. Always saved money and received fast, free shipping. I used the pharmacy for one of my dogs meds because PetPlus had the lowest price, was always in stock and delivered on time. The first year I paid 100.00, the 2nd year it was 139.00 which I feel is too high. My dog passed away recently so I will be cancelling but overall I was very pleased with my membership.
