I had a question about my dog who just hurt his ACL. I went to the internet to learn more, when I found petwave.com. This site not only helped to answer some of my dog health questions, but is also helped me prevent the injury from getting worse.
These people can't even deliver a small order of frozen rodents without having problems. The last delivery of over a thousand dollars of rats turned up a few days after, instead of next day delivery. They were all defrosted. Last week was my last order and all they did was take my money. I had to chase them down, and they never had any intention of sending my order and tried to keep the $600 I had already paid. I had to get PayPal to to take my money out of their account and put it back in mine. What a totally despicable company. You've been warned.

Tip for consumers:
They advertise next day delivery on frozen rodents but it is always days later if it comes at all.
Do not pay them unless you have written confirmation beforehand so if they take your money and delay the refund payment you have something to fall back on.
Pay using a safe online method, that way you are covered if they mess you around.

You get an email to say it's dispatched but then you have to send multiple emails to get an update after 7+ days (I live in the same town). When you get a response they tell you they are packing it and sending it that day - but it's already been dispatched?
After this order I will not be going through and making sure everyone knows not too. Unless you want to wait 10+ Days to be able to feed your reptiles.
