After recently purchasing a 2010 Camaro SS Transformers Limited Edition in New Zealand I wanted to get a few cosmetic things for it. I found Phastek's website, got in contact with one of their sales guys Mike and never looked back. His communication and service was amazing, all responses were very quick given the time difference between countries and the arrival of the product was extremely quick given it was the Christmas holidays. Thanks heaps to Mike and the team at Phastek, you rock. P. S i will be buying more from you guys too :)

I generally do not purchase from companies that charge re-stocking fees. Its always a red flag. It generally means that they do not stock the products they sell - they drop ship. That seems to be the case with Phastek, however, this is not something they clearly disclose, or maybe they do but it is not easy to find until you try to return something.I will not purchase from them again - many many other choice out there. If you find something you like on their site - spend a few minutes looking for that product on the internet. Im sure you will find someone else willing to sell it to you and not hold you hostage for 25% restocking fee.

Shipped very quickly to the shop I had the headers installed at. Came in well packaged and nothing damaged. I was told it only took 5-6 hrs to install. Once tuned car sound amazing and added about 30-35 WHP. I've had no issues since the install 2 months ago.
I had the shop ceramic coat the headers, so I guess it would nice to have as an option when purchasing to buy them ceramic coated already. Wouldn't mind paying a little extra out of the box for it.
Overall well worth the money.

Searched high and low for a suitable splitter online for our 5th Gen Camaro,
As theres not much here in Australia.

Splitter arrived in no time (& in one piece!).
Fits like a glove (some minor adjustments but no major surgery)

Recently purchased a set of wheels from Phastek for my 2015 Camaro along with Gorilla acorn locknuts.
Absolutely enjoy the wheels until I torqued them with Gorilla nuts, chipped the Powdercoating.
Sean the sales manager pretty much told me it's my fault and are taking no responsibility.
The problem arises with the mating surface between key and nuts, sloppy and amplifies as its a deep socket. Im fricken pissed, this was a big investment for me.
Googled them, there a middleman, 1 bay warehouse fly by night, excellent website, but anybody can do that.

I called to order an exhaust system for my car and they were very helpful in giving me options and explaining the differences in the various systems. I am a repeat customer. Great customer service. Thank you!

Ordered some products from Phastek made by American Brother for my 2SS Camaro. Everything fit perfectly and was easy to install. Purchased the color matching interior knob kit, oil dipstick handle, shock rod covers, windshield washer fluid cap cover, radiator cap cover, oil cap cover, and brake fluid cap cover. I couldn't be happier with the way everything looks under the hood now and inside the car. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Have not installed the air filter yet but everything looks fine and no shipping damage to the package. The staff is very service minded and responds quickly to emails and gives you good advice about their products. Will exclusively buy all my parts of them in the future.

Because my order was for colour matched interior parts, it did take a while to arrive, but they are fantastic! I love the look, the quality, and I highly recommend ordering from Phastek -- they even have helpful youtube videos.

Everything here is good and arrives on time and sometimes before it said it would arrive. The part where you want them to package your stuff a certain way they follow through 100%. All i have to say is it would be nice if you guys gave the people who spend thousands of dollars with you a discount once in awhile! Other wise bomb service and they are very good over the phone as well.

I have yet to buy multiple items from Phastek, but the first transaction was a great one, so I have no doubt all of my next will be the same or better. The FIFTY third brake light vinyl was an awesome addition to the sinister look I'm going for! Can hardly wait to buy more and get the Camaro SS the way I want it! The shipping was very fast and the customer service just as good!

I ordered a cold air intake for my Chevy Camaro SS. Never received it and it said it arrived at my door step but I never got it. We have cameras up to watch surveillance and no fedex guy showed up. They also charged me twice for one order and I had to call two times in a week before they finally gave me my money back. 10/10 would not order from this place again. Bad service, slow, never received parts and they charge you twice for one part. Stay away from Phastekperformance it's bad news. Really didn't want to give this company a bad review, but I'm out of $378 dollars and still no parts and it's been past two weeks

"AWESOMENESS"! Online videos don't do this setup justice! Woke-up the beast within! Black tips were a huge plus! From prep to cleanup was 31 minutes total to install!

I drive a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro LT & finding quality aftermarket parts for a good price is difficult. I needed a tail-lamp replaced due to a crack, so why not upgrade? I found Phastek on "Lethal Camaro's" instagram. After quite a bit of web-searching and research I decided to wait for their restock & created a "Build List" of items I need/want. A year-ish later I got the email from Phastek that the HERO Smoked Taillights in my Build List were finally in stock. I received excellent service & communication from Phastek & received my purchase quickly (ordered 03/16/21, shipped 03/19/21, delivered 03/21/21).

Installation was a breeze. No modifications were required, as they are plug & play. They look phenomenal & operate flawlessly.

Super easy to install. Only took 15 min to get the entire job done. For gauge side it plugs into the gauge directly not into the harness

I received the wrong part and I'm still waiting for the rite part!

The company that makes this product must think magic exists. Supposedly has a 7 inch hole in faceplate, yet 6.75 inch unit does not fit. Does not fit even with unit out of dash. Product is supposedly to utilize factory climate control and it does but here is where the 'magic' comes in, no connector for power to climate controls. Avoid this product, I'll be getting a refund.

Clear directions, looked easier than it actually was. Trying to put the clips on the wires was hard by hand. Needed pliers to squeeze the clips. Also, while doing all this you're fighting to hold back the wheel well cover while trying to do the work. Otherwise, once everything is completed the fog lights work well.

I just installed t my Injenn Cold Air box on my 2018 2.0 lt Camaro and it was a breeze to do it, everything felt into place as if it was a factory item. Mike was very responsive towards my concerns about shipping cost and gave me a little discount to make the purchase more attractive. This is my first mid on this car and I' m looking now into a catted downpipe as the second mod to get a more aggressive sound out of the 2.0 engine.

I ordered a MSD intake manifold from phastek. They did a great job on getting me the product within a week. However it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Never opened, never used it, emailed them to return it, and was told there was a 15% restocking fee. Which is $200 on a $1300 item, so not cheap. I can understand having a restocking fee if the item was opened. Or if it caused them more work or time. But it didn't. I shipped it back, I didn't open it. But now I'm out $125 on credit for something I was in possession of for 6 hours. Not cool and I won't be doing business with them again.
