“Last time I buy a philips TV”

I recently purchased a Philips 50 inch TV and wasn't too thrilled about it. They advertised it as a "smart tv", but there was no way of adding the apps that I wanted. So I was stuck only with the apps that was included with the TV. I called customer service about this and was told there was no way around this issue so I was stuck with a bunch apps i wanted no part of. In the end, I returned it and ordered a samsung.

Web site information is inaccurate. Purchased an items and it was wrong. Tried to get the correct item and agent had no idea what he was doing nor could he find the right item. He transferred me to sales. Had a very unfriendly girl who tried to tell me the product i wanted did not exist. I gave her the part number from my device and she found it only atter she told me the web site information was wrong too. She said she was going to send a return label. Never arrived. I went on chat to do same. Agennt called jasmin came on chat and never replied after 11 minutes still has not replied. This organization is by far the most unprofessional. They dont care about customer service. I will never buy from them again. Ever.

hope you will never require a return

changed to samsung tv which was much better for me
