It has been 3 weeks since I placed an order, so far no response. Not a confirmation, tracking info, nothing. I emailed them last week and again this week, no response. I can't say for sure, but it feels like they are just there to take orders and not ship anything. Wouldn't be surprised to see this whole thing is a scam. Sad...

Ordered a polo style motorcycle on march 23 2020 today is april 24 and still no helmet no tracking # Just asked them where my order is will see if I get a response.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! I wish I would've checked the reviews before i ordered my helmet. Ordered on 3/22/20 and its now 04/30/20. No tracking # and no way to contact. This is not over...!
I ordered the Easyfold device they sold for folding clothes. They shipped me the child size version. I contacted their 'customer service' and asked to exchange it for what I ordered. They said I would just have to make do because they wouldn't send the right one or refund the item thats of no use to me. I would suggest dealing with a more honorable company.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
It is March 2018 and I have never received my order placed in August 2017. They refuse to acknowledge any email correspondence. I have send mails in November, January and February. I Have not received a response. I have tried for months to get someone to speak to. I don't know why these people are allowed to do business if they only take your money and provide you nothing in return. Would not recommend using Phonebibi to anyone. One recommendation I have is Stay clear of PHONEBIBI.

I ordered my product on the 15th August which apparently wasn't processed until the 24th August. I was charged for tracking postage which was not provided. I sent email on the 26th September asking where product was and received an automated response saying I would be contacted. After 4 days I tried again and got no response. Referred to PayPal which I have today cancelled as I have just received the item - 52 days after ordering - not acceptable.
I ordered a sticky pad from them 2 months ago and have been billed however I have never received my order. I have emailed them at least 5 time and have yet to hear from them to resolve the problem. Im glad it was not a big ticket item and I will never order from them again. Take your business elsewhere is my best advice.
