I ordered a LG style 4 bundle to help fix my broken screen. Long story short, They didn't send me the full items listed and only sent a piece of them. I requested a refund immediately but they failed to reach contact with me. Horrible service

I ordered a replacement screen for my Moto G fast XT2045-3.
The purchase price was 59 dollars. Was on of the more expensive screens I found for my phone. I have always thought you get what you pay for. That statement doesn't hold true anymore!
What I got for my money was a generic piece of junk! The one they sent me has a notch in the top of the screen I did not notice till I had my phone disassembled. The original screen does not. The other problem I had was it would not fit all the way down into the frame of the phone. I did not want to force it and take a chance of breaking the screen and yes I removed ALL the double sided tape.
The only good thing I can say about this screen is that so far it is working. I guess I should have bought the 7 dollar screen.

I had to Order the same part three times, but finally got the right LCD for my Samsung Prime J-3. It look like it worked, but once installed my phone never was able to recognize that I had a SIM card in the phone, could not get the phone working again. Waste of $$$, but it was a learning experience. DO NOT TRY DIY if you DO NOT know what to do!
This was not PHONE REMEDIES fault, unless the LCD was bad.

Phone remedies sent me a replacement part after the first one I got didn't work well. Their customer service rep Mark Wallace was so helpful. He got me another part sent and it works now. I am so happy with this company.

Be careful installing the home button ribbon back, if its not completely square it wont work. Use the non static tape that is on it to hold it back together, i had to redo everything three times, luckily the screen comes off easy because the double tape isnt the greatest. I did use a heat gun after install, it helps but still is slightly opened near the bottom left, ill get a good case that encloses it. The screen is great for $30, its not apple quality but it will do. Thanks again, i am thrilled my ipad works with out getting glass on my fingers anymore lol.

Worked service industry for some part of my life. I know how it feels to to receive and give good customer service. Phone Remedies is absolutely given it with their shopping experience. Found them on Google. Found my phone replacement kit fast and just like that I was completing my purchase. Shipping was okay. They're were little issues with the delivery date. I found this company by searching online for an iPhone watch replacement face. I ordered the wrong one. They stated they would refund my money if I ordered the correct one. After ordering and receiving correct item they were true to their word and refunded me my original amount. I appreciate people that uphold their word. Great customer service!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong part for my phone, and requested that my order be canceled. I expected the typical "I'm sorry, it's automatic process, we can't stop it shipping out, you'll have to jump through hoops to return it" response I have gotten from other websites. Instead, I was almost immediately contacted by Mark in customer service, who was absolutely fantastic and took care of everything I needed. This company is awesome! They are quick with their email responses if you have any questions. One of the components to the ipad screen was broke when we recieved it (it happens) and within a day and a half I received an email stating they are dispatching a replacement which is awesome. Most other companies drag their feet and try everything to avoid replacing an item that was broken upon arrival. I highly recommend this company!

Mark Wallace has been untiring in working with me on my lens/digitilizer, when we correspond he is on top of it within 24 hours. I real feel as though this company cares about it's customers. They have been great! I am recommending them to everyone I know. Again thank you Mark/phone remedies.

Very satisfied with the product and the customer service. When I sent an email about a missing package they responded quickly letting me know what they are doing, as well as giving tips on what I could do to try to find it. Turns out it got put in my neighbors mailbox. I am able to type this review today without trying to read between the cracks on my screen.

All you have to do is file a credit card claim which takes about 5 minutes. Phone Remedies will be forced to give you a full refund and they get charged an additional chargeback fee plus you get to keep the item. This will cause them to lose a lot of money and go out of business.

They purposely scam you with the glass lens kits as you can't fix your phone with those.

I decided to fix my broken screen myself. Received ordered item and I found I had purchased the wrong item. Immediately sent email to company explaining that I didn't think I had received all the items because once I took my phone apart, it appeared to be missing some things. I received a very fast response the next day from Mark, explaining that likely ordered the wrong item. I double checked and had in fact ordered the wrong item. Mark continuously kept in contact with me via email, gave me good instructions on the next steps, processed the return for an exchange and billed me for the difference all in a matter of a few days. I have worked in customer service my entire life and very rarely do I receive VIP treatment like I have recently from Phone Remedies. This was my very first interaction with this company and will return in the future if needed. Thank you, Mark, for your prompt replies and clear communications regarding policies and return/exchanges/products, it is very much appreciated.

I ordered a stylo3 lcd screen and installation kit. Got lcd screen in a week pulled out of package and backside of screen is scratched to hell instructions say plug in to make sure it works before installing but cant because installation kit was mailed seperately a week later still havent seen it been 2 weeks lmao. Sent email complain about gouged up scratched pos lcd saying i want replacement or refund got email 3 days later stating they want me ship it back but nothing about sending replacement or refund. I then ordered a glass screen replacement from the for another stylo3 i have payed extra for expedited delivery its been a week and still hasnt even been shipped out wtf? Dont be a fool like me and fall for all the good reviews they have to be bogus!

I ordered a replacement digitizer for my daughter's 5th Gen iPad. The package arrived very quickly and I was impressed at the care taken to make sure the contents were protected. The two criticisms I have are: 1) the tool kit did not include the necessary fine-tipped tweezers. Luckily I own a pair otherwise, anyone who orders this kit for the first time would need to buy them; 2) Instructions were not included, but I did find a video on YouTube, but I'm a traditional person and would have liked a printed format. Overall I was happy with the repair and my order.

This was my second round in acquiring items to repair my iPAD. All items I purchased worked well and did a great job. My 3-year old granddaughter has been tough on the iPAD! Mark Wallace responded to my E-mails and hats off to him for trying to do his best with customer satisfaction!

The parts and tools for replacing a Kyocera DuraForce E6820 did all arrive three weeks ago -- April 25,2020. However even after repeated emails they have failed to provide any instruction material whatsoever. Neither hard copy manuals nor links to online videos have been provided. Though we are moderately experienced with repair assembly, it would be both foolish and wasteful to begin such work without accurate graphic and written information.
Given this non-response, we've attempted to communicate with them to initiate a return of goods and refund. Again -- zero response. My pocket (so far) has ben picked. Stay away.

Although I ordered the wrong part for my phone originally, I had great customer service online regarding what parts to order and even how to properly fix my screen. Definitely recommend this company based on their helpful staff!

I ordered replacement glass for my phone.
I received everything you would need to remove old broken screen, and the new glass.
This made it very easy to save money on having to buy a new phone, since they didn't sell my phone anymore. Thank you phone remedies for being there for me.

The reviews on their site are fake. They say 'premium' apple watch glass repair kit and it didn't even come with the correct parts. They don't include any instructions and refer you to a youtube video for an iphone repair. The disappointment is never ending. Wish I would've read legit reviews first. Hope this saves someone else $130. Mine's gone.
