Shocking service! My machine came back to me in worse condition than when it went.

DO NO USE. THEY HELD MY PHONE AT RANSOM FOR 3 MONTHS, HAD TO START COURT PROCEEDINGS TO GET IT BACK. TRADING STANDARDS ARE LOOKING INTO THEM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is a sham outfit, one of many operating from the same address (190a Church Street, Eccles) which offer fast repairs of many types of expensive electronic items - phones, tablets /ipads, laptops, gameconsoles etc. They will present a professional front until they have received your item via courier. At that point their extortion will commence. Contact will be limited but eventually you'll be told that the repair / problem that you are seeking a fix for is either more complicated than they first thought OR too complex and something they cannot fix at all. So you'll ask for the item back... once you can get through to them... they will agree, asking for payment for a courier once more. Nothing much will happen. You will probably be contacted to say that amazingly they have now actually fixed the item after all - and you ned to pay up. Or, if they actually did return your item it will probably be in a worse state than whe you sent it. Or they will say it has been sent, provide you with a tracking number and everything, but it probably won't ever arrive.Do youself a massive favour and avoid these people like the plague. Find a local repairer or ask friends to recommend one. These people are holding customer's possessions hostage!
