Ordered a phone cover 4 months ago. I have emailed contact point 4 times with no response. Shop sites just days it's in transit. Have paid US$30 for item. Worst online shopping experience ever.

I like online shopping to much so let me say a few things about Phonete.com. With coupons, products can be bought very cheap. I recommend Phonete all to everyone who want electric devices. Delivery of all my products is workable, although not fast enough.

Not enough fast shipping

I ordered a car dvr camera with GPS navigation and touch and the camera back... and I got a simple camera with nothing, not even the back camera...
Shame you. And you also have a site with all kinds of products.
So do all buyers of good faith. I hope to read this message and future prospective buyers so they will not be fooled.

Nice luxury case for my iPhone, known this site at facebook, saved 10% off by the coupon at wheel(which make me feel good). But wait for three weeks to get my package. Good sverice good quality, and just Improve the shipping department.

They sent a very cheap product instead the one I bought, and never more answered my messages. Literally I was stolen by this company.

Its a SCAM! Fraud site.
They dont send what u bought.
After 4 months received a cheap rubish plastic IPhone case.
After complain they gave me 2 options.
Discount in my next purchase or send the case to China to receive my money back when its arrive there. Shipment by my own!

I payed for 2 vehicle blackbox DVR. After 1 month I receive a package bumped all over. Fortunatelly, the product was not affected. Inside... surprise. In the add they mention about rear camera. No rear camera at all inside. The clear picture after instalation... forget it. Do not spend money on craps.

I gave this a one star but if i can give them a zero star i will. I ordered a dash cam with back up camera but they sent me a dash cam only. And the item they sent me is very different from the one i ordered.

Do not purchase any item with a 66% off from ads on Facebook. Griffin Air Tech is another one. I purchased a drone advertised on facebook and received one of way lesser value and they wont contact me back. Total scammers.

Yesterday I received order with Anti Gravity Case. JUNK! Worked only 2 times and after that DROPPED ON FLOOR AND MY SCREEN BROKE! 4 weeks delivery!

Paid money based on trust which is not exist with thieves.

Donot deliver things to you if they contact you after 1.5 month of payment they will send you a false tracking number... please buy same item from Amazon or Ali express

Very bad product, not as seen in the picture, very disappointed, the good reviews from other countries is fake! Very bad customer service, ignoring complaints.

I bought cases for an iPhone X and 8+, never received the cases. No explanation or notice. Will not return info requests, they did however take the money for the items.

Ordered an Intelligent Touch Screen case for IPhone 6. A month later I received a case for the 6 Plus. I sent multiple emails and after about 3 weeks they finally said they were reshipping my case. Another 2 weeks and I received it! NO! Again, not the case I ordered! I was so disgusted at this point I asked for my money back! After multiple emails AGAIN they said the Intelligent Touch Screen case is not compatible with the IPhone and they were putting $5 in my account for future use! RIPOFF! Dont bother ordering from them! Worst company ever!

If you like fake advertisement fake products and getting ripped off this site is for you. Don't even bother to get your money back because they don't even read your emails.

One month after never heard of them, 5 e mails to support and nothing. It is a scum! Do not. Buy.
They do not bother to answers your e mails.

I paid the extra money to order the NES w/600+ games that has HDMI output. They sent me the AV version. They said they were fixing it, then a 2 months later they have sent me nothing and stopped responding to my emails.

I've bought and pay some itens in their website, never receive then, when i inquire them about the delivery i receive nothing back than automatic answers!
