I ordered and paid for a premium Dutch chocolate cake, and this cashew cake is what they delivered. Totally unlike the photo... They were unwilling to even walk to a local shop, to buy some chocolates, to make it resemble the photo. I understand my delivery was to a local village, but they shouldn't be in this profession if they don't understand customer service and right effort...

Fraudulent website. The order was cancelled, but it has been more than a month and they still have not refunded my money. The order tracker does not show any orders. The phone numbers mentioned on the website do not work. I requested call back multiple times but no one has contacted me yet.

I was able to connect get the number of an employee who said that they will refund me in 3-4 days, but it's been 3 weeks but no refund was made. My number has also been blocked now.

Highly disappointed by this business :( :( :( Ordered flowers in vase with lillies, roses and gerbras. Old, stale flowers were delivered without vase, no lillies in arrangement and overall a poorly put together bunch (see attached photos). It was for father's 75th birthday and the reciever was very upset with what was delivered. It was so disappointing that after spending 1.5 hours on the phone (calls and chats) with the company, post delivery discussing the matter and giving them a chance to rectify the mistake and send fresh flowers, no apology or intention to offer a refund/replacement was shown. Such businesses are a scam, do think twice before buying from them! I wasted my money and had to order flowers from another site again.

It is really poor service please don't order from this website as I have ordered rakhi that they promise me to deliver by that day itself but after my payment they didn't deliver my order and They didn't pick my calls nor they had returned my refund.

After placing an order on online phoolwada failed to deliver the flower gift. I am not surprised.
Initial email saying they delivered the gift, but it was not delivered, and only after my inquire I found out they never delivered the gift. Customer services said they attempt to delivery but there was no such address and provided phone number never work. What an excuse by Thief.

Despite having sender and receiver phone contacts number they never attempted to make a phone call, nor providing me with evidence that they attempted to deliver.

Refusing a refund, is they priority in main list of wording, as per many reviews on other websites.
It is about time for company like you to change dirty Technics and provide honest a very good customers service. I will get my refund, but you will be left with bitter attentions to other

Phoolwala website is really amazing. We can easily order from this website. All the service of this is amazing. I like it.

We had ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered in Bhopal. Unfortunately the flowers so delivered were stale, wilted poorly arranged and quite a different variety, from what was depicted in the website image.
We contacted Phoolwala customer care, and asked them about it, they denied the allegation outright and implied that we as the customers were lying about the condition of the flowers, and purported to show us some undated CCTV footage about the authenticity of the bouquet. This was an appalling experience for us.
Phoolwala is utterly unreliable and out to make a quick buck by charging clients and not living up to their commitment.
It is recommended to avoid placing an order with them. Other sites as fnp, etc are reliable, offer genuine products and a better customer service.
