I have to tell you that the gentlemen who runs the site has amazing customer service, even though there was a few bumps in the road he answered ever email literally within minutes of sending him the emails, he got everyone of the 4 questions/concerns taken care of with amazing speed. The site also has alot of amazing products, I have now have purchased 5 machines from Claude and have now gotten to know him pretty well, could not ask for a nice man to help with some complicated machinery.
