My old Seagate hard drive bit the dust a few weeks ago and being that it was so old I found it hard to find it again but after some search I found one at this site. I am glad I bought it from these guys because I am now back up and running and even though the drive was not cheap, it arrived on time and has a warranty in case it dies again.
I'm going to add my 1 star. Ordered a monitor that was out of stock elsewhere but apparently still in stock here for a good price. Shipping was 5-8 days. After 5 days, I emailed to ask for a delivery estimate. Suddenly there is no stock and none expected, and my order is cancelled. They didn't charge my card, but they did waste a week of my time waiting for a product I doubt they ever had.

Do NOT order from them unless you are willing to return things on your own dime and never get what you ordered!
Ordered a refurbished color laser printer. Received a mess. The printer was clearly abused, doused in toner, gears worn, rollers not working, a broken sensor, and a broken tray.
No, it didn't work. Terrible customer service. Would not respond to emails or chat.
Ordered a "refurb" printer that was poorly packaged and DOA. They wouldn't take it back because the S/N in their records is incorrect. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Do not trust them to transact business with.
You know how the best deal is to buy a used car and never off of the lot... well in the computer world the same deal applies. Never buy a computer straight off from sony or dell or HP. You are getting hosed and paying for technology which you do not even need. Get a refurbished machine that has had its memory wiped so you are not at risk for viruses and save about 50% off full price for the same specs minus whatever latest marketing technique HP is using these days. Pinnacle Micro has a wide selection of refurbished PCs and I have bought from them without any problems in the past.
