The Seller promised a full money back guarantee before purchase as I was skeptical of making the purchase, I have told the seller what I wanted in as a form of design they have stated they will give me two revision periods which allow me to edit the art before its final phase, they have not given me time to edit it and assumed the style, they also promised 48 hour delivery period which was also untrue, the seller also argued with me persuading me to not ask for a refund but instead I insisted. The seller told me he will not issue a refund and that he has a legal team. I have been repeatedly trying to contact the seller prior asking for a refund in which they ignored my calls, the representative of the seller then went online to tell me to call them back indicating they were ignoring my prior calls. They have mentioned multiple times If I do not like it, I will be given full refund before and after the purchase.
