PK Signature Spa

I've been to multiple nail salons around town, and PK is seriously the cleanest! The staff are all super sweet and really take good care of you while you're there.

VERY UPSET WITH THE SERVICES! Had a coupon for a $5.00 gel nail with a pedicure... The nail technician told me I could get a gel nail polish/manicure for $5.00 with the coupon with a pedicure. In the event, they were rushing me and my husband out because it was "closing time (15 minutes from closing)". I get to the register and the lady told me a different higher price. Well I asked for the manager, and she told me something different than what the actual nail technician told me. The manager ended up trying to make me pay the full price but ended up telling me that I will have to pay the $5.00 and the nail tech will have to pay the remainder. The nail technician didn't say a word just looked... When I began to pay the $5.00, the lady's "daughter-or whoever the girl was" got my credit card and THREW IT down on the counter (instead of handing it to me). She didn't say sorry for any inconvenience or anything... just rude! She was very disrespectful! My husband, as well as my girlfriends and I usually do service with them but I WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE OF MY SERVICE. We found a new place and we are very HAPPY!
