I spent weeks trying to get a granite 18x24 memorial granite plaque for my dad. Every place was a crazy price like $1,200 + and 12 week turnaround. I happened to bump into the plaquemaker site and thought that maybe it would be too limited in what they could do etc. I called directly and explained what i wanted and i could not believe how easy to deal with and professional they were all the way along. The product i got was well packed and beautiful at a fraction of the price. Very very pleased!
We ordered a Stainless Steel Metal Garden Marker Plaque to honor our dog that passed in February 2022. The plaque was beautiful and was shipped fast, unfortunately after only 1 1/2 years later, the image and verbiage are already peeling off, which is extremely disappointing. This is very sad, the quality should be far better than this considering the cost!

We had this made for a Christmas present for our son who did an Eagle Project that we've been putting a plaque on for 20 years. He will be so surprised and now can mount it with his 6 year old granddaughter and enjoy it for years to come. It turned out beautiful and was packed well with fast shipping.
I was a little skeptical about ordering a headstone online but Plaque Maker helped me over come that fear. After I submitted my order and approved my photo, they sent me an email back with the preview of the headstone. A couple of days later, I received my fathers headstone. It was beautiful! I was not disappointed and everyone loved it. I just wish that the engraving could have been a little deeper, but I can live with that.

Unbeatable customer service. I'm very satisfied in that sense. I ordered a plaque and it arrived as scheduled and looks beautiful. My only complaint is that is way smaller than expected. Probably my fault; I'm sure they tell you the measurements and I just didn't pay much attention and just looked at the picture on the website. Other than that, very happy.

I have always been satisfied with your company... I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because during the 'review before accepting' phase, I was told that I could not make more than 3-4 changes during the review process... It was not easy to tell how it would look or what options I had for fonts so I had to see it first... I realize that no one wants too many changes but In the old days the work was about doing whatever the customer needed matter what it took... It just left me with a small sour taste... but over-all I have always been satisfied with the products and outside of the website not always being as user friendly as possible (which is why I had to make adjustments), I like your company and how it all works.
We truly enjoyed working with plaquemaker. Their designers were attentive and friendly (even with our many changes). It was a great experience and the nametags/name plate came out exactly as planned. We are so thankful for their service and plan to work with them again.
My plaque came in with a slightly off cut to where it did not fit right in my plaque holder. I Contacted the support line and they got back to me and sent a new plaque the next day. Would recommend.

I just happened to find the Plaquemaker's website by accident. I ended up ordering five custom plaques for our newly planted fruit trees. I was able to fit a saying or old proverb below each tree name that was pertinent to the type of fruit tree. The website allowed me to create each custom sign, edit, and review it before adding it to my cart. The free services of their proofing staff come with the order. They adjusted the font size on two of my plaques, which made those signs look better. The entire process was streamlined for efficiency. These custom plaques are a gift for my husband -- the man who has everything. I would recommend and use Plaquemaker.com again.
