I ordered 20x Rapid Antigen Test kits (expensive), but only received masks in the delivery. Was unable to contact the company at all except by email. There are 3 tickets raised. Finally after 10 days someone replied to say they have no stock do I want to cancel? I said yes of course. That was 5 days ago. 2 days ago they closed my ticket and then I get informed that it is on its way, but I've already purchased other stock. I want my refund! I was asked whether I wish to cancel, then ignored!
The service was timely, trouble free and efficient.

Tip for consumers:
Suggest you only use them if you live in Melborne VIC which is where they are located. it is impossible to contact them otherwise, and they take forever to respond to email which is their only way that they choose to interact with clients.

Presumably easy to use - we have not used these yet. They are a different brand to what I rderesd, but I assume will be OK
Easy to order, arrives reasonably quickly. Gloves run on the smaller side.
Because I wanted black latex free gloves and these were the cheapest I could find for a carton even though they are way more expensive than they should be. Glove prices are ridiculous thanks to Covid.

I ordered rapid tests on the 31st of December and apart from an order confirmation and them taking my money, nothing has happened since. I paid for shipping and they offered express shipping due to delays, I've given it 11 days and not even a shipping notification. Tried asking where my order is and was told to allow ‘5-7 days for delays' which is exactly what I've done.
I think they advertised rapid antigens without having the stock to fulfil the orders. Mismanaged and lacking communication. I guess time will tell if I get my order.

Took over a week to recieve product but the frequent and detailed updates helped me understand the reasons why... very professional.
I received parcel to find that the sanitizer I purchased had leaked throughout the parcel damaging the box that the gloves had been in. So would of been nice if sanitizer had been wrapped to protect its contents and that of the remaining item in my parcel.

It was easy to purchase online, and I have the option to pickup onsite to overcome any shipping delays.
I was disappointed to arrive for collection and be told my product was no longer available and they had substituted it, but I was happy they had replaced it with an equal sensitivity product.

Great online shopping. Although there was a delay in receiving my order this was no fault of the Supplier, rather a huge volume of orders. Goods duly arrived which is the main thing.
