I ordered a Hong Kong PSN digital card and it couldn't have been any easier. Got my code instantly. No problems. Completely satisfied with my purchase. Admittedly I was worried at first. But rest assured after my purchase and how easily it was done. I have no worries or reservations about purchasing anything from here. You have a new life long customer and I will be purchasing more!
I placed an order on Feb 25 which was delayed until late May for production issues. The item finally shipped on May 26th and was handed off to USPS. According to their website the package was delivered on June 6th to my mailbox. While I don't necessarily fault Play-Asia for the incompetence that is USPS, the package was NOT delivered. Our mailboxes are the "cluster" type in a residential area and have locks on them. My neighbors did not receive the package either. It was either misdelivered or stolen by a USPS employee. Play Asia tells me that I have to file a report with USPS. Fast forward several days later and USPS tells me that they're so very sorry, but I didn't buy insurance, so they cannot be held liable. (Interesting that anyone should have to pay extra just to ensure that USPS does their job...) Here nor there... Play Asia's website does not even offer an insured option. No alternate shipping method. You're stuck with what they provide. Follow up with Play Asia and they tell me once again to check with neighbors and "if I really can't find it" to file a police report for a stolen package. Again, I realize Play Asia can't be responsible for USPS losing the package, but they bear part of the responsibility for not providing an insured option or alternate delivery (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) option that is reliable. Further, a large company like this should be insured and able to take responsibility for these types of situations. End result is that I'm out roughly $90USD.

I am a regular customer when it comes to buying these JP iTunes gift cards, and I can humbly say that they are ALWAYS fast and easy to buy! The only thing is that I wish they were a bit cheaper considering the worth of USD to yen. Definitely recommend however!

What I particularly appreciated was the post-purchase account creation option. It was seamless—I only needed to set a password. This feature is beneficial for future reference, such as checking my download history or retrieving codes.
Initially, I was unsure about how I would receive and access the code, which led me to wonder about account creation during the payment process. Perhaps informing customers beforehand that an account will automatically be created after payment could alleviate similar concerns.
Overall, my first-time experience with Playasia was very satisfactory.

I deleted my unfavorable review since they found my order correcting the mistake,I'm happy the game is finally on its way and it being my first time buying from you I was a bit turned off to buying from so far away because of how it went. I wish they wouldn't put a hold for 1.00 and then take the full amount. I had to process the transaction 3 times for it to go through. If they could at least inform the customer beforehand that would be great. Thank you love what you have in stock.

Pretty easy process. I appreciate all the payment options! Bitcoin being accepted is really cool. I also like that if payment fails (mine did the first time) then the checkout is saved in Draft form and I just need to use the Pay Now button.

I really enjoy buying my games from playasia! Especially hard to find games that I'm looking for. Their service and delivery are great!
$100 shipping fees for a fight stick is insane and refuse to pay that. The rest of it is fine tho mostly.
If you're looking for that niche release or just want a physical copy of your games, then PlayAsia is the store you've been hoping to find. If they don't have it, they've probably ordered it - and will get enough so you can get one as well. The website is well laid out, and searchable, so if you have even the slightest idea of what you're after, you'll probably be able to find it for a fairly reasonable price.
Anything you can think you can get, it's here, reliable and a safe place to buy. Never had an issue and love the service.

Play-Asia.com used to be quite good in the past, and I had excellent reviews for them in my previous purchases; however, I am very disappointed with the company recently. They sent me a Brand New game with the disc loose. I sent it back to them, looking for a New Good condition one or a refund. I was waiting an action from them, after realizing they received the game I sent and was delivered to them a week ago. They just say they were working on it. Looks like they are not willing to take any responsibility about their mistakes, instead kept me waiting forever without my item and money. Where's professionalism here? Why do they have a so mediocre service? What's wrong with them now?...
They answered back and gave me a full refund of the damaged product amd also a little compensation for it.
So I purchased a steelbook edition and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer support and told me r to send photos of the damaged product only to tell me those photos aren't enough and I should send more after sending them like 15 of them. So many years have I purchased from them and still they treat you horribly. I can't recommend this store at all even the prices are pretty much the same from amazon or amazon japan. Just look for other options.
