The website has middleman service, but it's actually a scam. I sold an account there, the buyer left, and only myself haven't got anything. The supposed trustworthy Middleman stalled every deadline and ignored every plead. They have the money and I'm pretty sure without honest intentions towards me. I've learned that other victims are organizing in SNS and I'm sure this website is going down one way or another. Just spread the word and thanks to the people who care.

Its been 5 days and i have not received my payment yet. Its my first time ever using PlayerUp so please give me good experience so i can trust this website for more businesses.

Edit: this is actually the 7th day, I got a messaged that 652 dollars is scheduled to transfer to me in 1-92 hours, still not sure how long it would take more. Also you guy said it costs free for transactions. Then Why i only receive 652 out of 750 dollars from my transaction? Where did my 100 dollars go?

Edit: Got in touch with telegram chat. This is now 100% resolved. Good rebound.

I bought an account yesterday and since then the money has left my bank account but as of yet I've not even received a email to confirm my purchase, I have no transaction ID either so I'm sat here just twiddling my thumbs $300 down and no account. I've messaged middleman in multiple different ways even in the urgent messages link they have left on other posts and got nothing back but an automated message,the only person that I can communicate with was the seller and they even think it's odd. If I can get this sorted ASAP then that would be great I didn't want to put this review up but I haven't been left with much of an option.

- Can sell directly or through middleman

- Fantastic support when they directly communicate with you

- Safeguards both buyers and sellers through middleman

- Some of the moderators are really good at what they do

- They keep improving and upgrading their site

- Buyer protection really works

- Never had any issues ever receiving money here

- Easy to find new buyers / good tools Some of the cons:

- Need more automation

- Improve speed

Overall fantastic site. Just be patient. This is based on experience using them as both a buyer and seller.

I have done like 4 sales as a seller on this site and I think it's safe to say I'm satisfied with it. So far I haven't got scammed and the MM transaction process is smooth that I could give game account information under less than 24 hour after 3 Way Ticket conversation were provided. Middleman system provides enough security checks that I have no doubt giving acc info like that. Although, my payment got delayed sometuimes (I probably did something stupid during the process lol) but got the money nonetheless so I'm happy. Keep it up!

Retracting my previous review and adding context because PlayerUp did refund me when initially I thought they didn't. My new revised review here:

1. PlayerUp will refund you if you deal with a scam seller but like 90% of the sellers I contacted on here are sketchy or scammers.'

2. Very quick response from the support team once you get ahold of them, in addition they were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this website to those who are looking to purchase an account for any particular game. A++. However be aware don't even bother dealing with sellers directly here they all seem sketchy.

The only place to safely buy accounts. Buyer protection got me my money back after being scammed by a seller. 100% paid back in full. Highly recommend this service. Buy safely with peace of mind.

I've gone through PlayerUp and sold a game account, back in September 2024. It took about 1 month for them to credit my so called MM wallet with fund, which I then withdrew to my E wallet. Since then I've been waiting so long to get the money that supposed to be only passing through them.
There's no slightest transparancy in their process, I messaged them countless of times but they'll find excuces to stall the process
So this is a warning for those who want to sell on their site and using middleman service, Beware you would lose stuff instead of getting money.

I don't have words to describe how good was using Playerup to buy an account. It was far beyond good it was wonderful... Once I bought my account, immediately after I got assisted by the middleman witch helped me in a very friendly way. Also he assisted me in everything.
This platform really deserves my 5 start rating if not more.

I paid for the account SWGOH and within 48 hours i have not received any follow-up steps. I have written to Middleman support and no reply has been provided. The problem is not solved. I'm still expecting fast reaction from the platform stating [USER=*******]@World[/USER] most secure P2P account market place@

THIS SITE IS COMPLETE GARBAGE. If you have a nerdy hobby that wastes money and time, this is the place to go :) I used their middleman service and sent money to a seller in June, but the seller didn't get paid until December. The seller and I kept messaging them, but were ignored every day. I hope there are fewer victims. Don't use this crappy site! No matter how many excuses these $#*!s come up with, it doesn't change the fact that I paid in June and the seller got paid in December. :))

I recommend this platform for buying/selling your online game/social media accounts. Had a prior issue regarding payment transfer but support/middleman reached out to me and was able to resolve it quickly.

100% resolved! Seems to be a great site. However the 3 way ticket never started after we confirmed price and buyers funds are still awaiting approval after 7 hours. I have contacted MM support and got a bot response. I am hoping to be this resolved asap.

Great site they responded very fast, previous issue resolved Just remember, patience is the key guys Playerup is the best website for seller, buyer and trader and if you ever see scam just report them playerup take super fast action to those scammer! The best way to trade is through middleman to avoid scam!

Also I had a googlepay related issue. They fixed that as well. Thought I had to send my ID but apparently not the case. Googlepay will auto approve the payment and do verification themselves. This is the payment method you should use if you're paying through playerup.

I was buying a Warface account through PlayerUp, and it went great - the middleman instructed the seller to give me all the information and it only gave money to the seller when I confirmed with them that I have taken the full control of the account. It's safe, and efficient. If you are looking to buy game account, definitely worth having a shot!

Good safe service. The system for trading with middleman is very safe and effective. Had some issues with customer service and waiting on replies on support tickets I placed, no issues with middleman at all. Jordon from customer service got a hold of me and straightened everything out. I must say, I have never had a web based company call me to assist and he went above and beyond to help me straighten out all my issues, Jordon gets a 5 star. I'm in the customer service industry, I know when someone gives a shat or just provides some fluff and a hand job. Or he's just that good and can fake the words but provides the meat and potatoes.
