I recently attended a destination wedding where the bridal party was wearing these beautiful floral dresses. I asked the bride where she got them and she referred me to Plum Pretty Sugar's website. I absolutely feel in love with all their prints. I purchased the Hibiscus Midi Robe Vista and it is so pretty and comfortable! I think I found my new favorite robe.

It should be a red flag when an ecommerce site does not have reviews... I trusted the live chat agent regarding the quality of an item and was told an item was not see through and when it arrived it was transparent and could see nipples right through it. The live chat agent told me to wear pasties! I'm sorry, this is why I contacted you so that I wouldn't have to do this! If I'm not wearing pasties in my bridal gown I'm not going to when I'm getting ready to put it on. I contacted the company multiple times to get a refund and have been told no since they only accept exchanges for store credit and do not issue return labels. Please also note I spent $18 on shipping a package that was a fraction of a pound. I have worked in ecommerce at a small, family owned company before and had to deal with things like this often and you know what... we took care of things when they were wrong because it we stood behind the quality of the goods. Its a shame the live chat agent had to lie to get the sale. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service and deceit like this before. It's kinda funny since the robe is made in China and could have not been more than $5 to produce.

This business caters to women but do not understand the meaning of customer service! I order a Baby shower gift that was due last week Baby shower on July30! To date no gift, no tracking #, no calls, no nothing I am calling my Card company to dispute charges! Don't order from people who have " no regard" for women, whatsoever! Absolutely unacceptable business ethics!

Tip for consumers:
Look for contact information or email info while ordering it’s not available! Should have red flags when no tracking is provided. Sorry I’ve never experienced SUCH frustration before!

Products used:
I never even got a courtesy of a call tho’ I called frantically as it was a Baby Shower This company has “ no regard” for women tho’ they seem to cater to all women’s needs! Unacceptable when there is no contact information,((had to go Thro’ my Bank) No email information, no tracking#, to day I have no concern from them and I paid extra shipping to get my package last Friday/ Saturday! Unethical in my opinion Disputing all charges and will never shop here again!

Their exchange/return policy is awful. I received a small discount with a promo which covered the high shipping cost. I then returned/exchanged the product because it's store credit only. I paid for the return shipping, and then they still charged me $8 for the return and credit to my account. So technically I paid for shipping 3x. Once I use my store credit I will never shop here again. I chatted with customer service before I made my purchase to verify sizing... they told me the M/L robe would fit my size, it didn't. It was huge! Go figure I had to pay to ship and return, now I'll have to pay to ship again to use my store credit. All in all that's 4 shipping charges to exchange my purchase. My $75 purchase has dwindled down to $56 after all the extra charges. Do not shop here.

With the recent crazy heat wave we have been experiencing in Southern California I decided to look for a few pairs of short pj's. I came across Plum Pretty Sugar and fell in love! I placed an order for the shortie set and the ruffled shortie set and they are so cute and comfortable! Shipping was free with a promo code so that was a nice surprise.

I am so blown away by how great Plum Pretty Sugar's service is - I will definitely be back. Due to an issue with customs, my order might be arriving later than I had hoped. They are sending me something else with a free return label so that if what I initially ordered doesn't come in time, I have a great back up. And if it does, I can easily send the other thing back. So many companies think that when something happened that isn't their fault (like something getting stuck in customs), that it's also not their problem. But it is their problem because they are the company that sold me the goods. Plum Pretty Sugar took responsibility (even though this is not their fault at all) and is treating this as THEIR problem and making good by me.

I am getting married in two weeks and would have been extremely stressed out if the pajamas for my bridesmaids had not arrived. I'm so glad that I purchased from Plum Pretty Sugar!

If you have money to burn, go ahead and buy from here. Cheap robes, overpriced, completely sheer. More like a hospital gown than anything.

The website is poor with bad quality images. I prdered a lot of items, but almost all of them looked completely different than on the images! The tops were way to short, the off shoulder always webt up because the string was to tight. The shorts were so porly made, that they didnt cover up properly on the backsite.
Even that their patterns are lovely, and theor dresses are nice, it may not be what it seems. By 6 items I prdered, only one met the expectationans.

Very poor website with difficult search options, poor pictures of production and now navigation.

For returns must get approval and then only get store credit - very bad.

Don't use this website.

My niece decided she wanted us bridesmaids to order a Maxi dress from this horrible company online. It is her wedding and the dress she wanted so most of us ordered ours. I was the first one to order. I get the dress and it's horrible! Nothing like the description or picture. It was more of a sexy night gown. It was SEE THROUGH and the slits went so far up when you sat down your whooha stuck out. Yay slutty and not a maxi summer time dress at all. Plus for what you pay for it is astronomical! WAY WAY OVER priced. The quality was horrible and there were runs in the dress. JUST TERRIBLE. Their return policy states you can get a refund or exchange in 14days. Right away my niece thank god decided to have us return them and go elsewhere. Well the battle began when I called to get the return process started. The girl I spoke with said "NO RETURNS" I said your policy states 14days. She tried to tell me it was a special occasion dress. I told her it was not. I bought it under dress section not Bridal. She then kept repeating same information no returns only exchanges. She was very rude. I then tried several times to chat and call and get trough to someone. I emailed, called and tried a chat. NOTHING. Finally the next after I filled out a return/exchange request I get back a very rude and disrespectful email. This is also after my niece was told we all would get returns. My niece and all us other girls battled them and finally told after they received the dress back we would get a refund. When I tried to confirm this because the email for returning items said instructions for exchange. I wanted to confirm it was going to be refunded to me. I was spoken to very rudely with the response. After a long rude battle with them and 6 business days later I did get my return. So their policy states returns for 14 days but they will tell you no. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Over priced items that are cheap low quality items. They are hard to even get a hold off. After the first time I called and tried calling back they NEVER picked up. The local store in CA never even picked up. HORRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE

My fiance ordered me one of the silk road sweet robes for Christmas and it came on time but the craftsmanship was not what you'd expect for something that cost over $100. The stitching was off in quite a few places and it looked like the tension settings on the machine used had been incorrect.

I had high hopes for the robes I ordered as bridesmaids gifts but was again disappointed. I ordered the robes in early November and was told that it would take extra time because of one that was a special order - a larger size for my mother. Around February or so I emailed to check the status and was told that my order would ship mid-April. It occurred to me in June (when my shower where I wanted to give the robes to my ladies was two weeks away) that I still hadn't received them. When I inquired I received a seemingly condescending reply that my order would be shipped "well before your September wedding." When I said that I needed them sooner and asked if it was possible to get a refund I was told "I'm afraid we book and schedule fabrics for each individual customer and don't allow for returns". Clearly that wasn't true or I would have received my order earlier.

Somehow, she found a way to get them to me however the special sized robe that was supposed to be a women's size 20 ended up being too small. It was tight on me and I wear a 14.

Overall I thought the product was overpriced for the quality. The fabric used is gorgeous but the craftsmanship could improve. The customer service could definitely improve.
