They are rude and have trouble understanding that a design that has one picture goes on one side of the item :( then they call you stupid for them not understanding.

This is a retailer that sells you a product and then turns it's back on you, telling you to talk to the manufacturer.
My new pocket watch stopped after 3 weeks and found that there is no customer service advice except to deal with the manufacturer. With a policy of "give us your money now go away", they deserve the one star rating.
Buyers beware, when you use your watch once they consider it used so no returns are possible.
