Originally quite satisfied with installation but since the unit developed a fault they have been poor at fixing it. Still waiting for a technical response after 12 days. Not helped by the fact that the nearest public Podpoint was faulty when I drive to it despite no Warning on their app. They've got a lot of technical and service issues to sort out.

Simply don't do what they say they will, and don't keep you informed if they change their minds.
On supposed day of install, there was no contact or visit from anyone. Twice I phoned to find out what's going on. Twice I was told they'd phone the engineer and phone me back. Nothing.
They're safe in the knowledge that they've got my money and secured my OLEV grant, so now I can't go elsewhere.
Possibly they're a victim of their own success? Doesn't feel like it though

It took over 3 weeks for my order to be delivered, despite I've cancelled after 18 days as the supplier wasn't able to confirm ETA or tracking number for courier.
Slow or no replies to my emails.
Company honest but slow and not well organised (chancing two stars not one)
Eventually after three more weeks got the refund
