Bought some chips, spent over 300 dollars and lost them in les than one hour! It's not fair how they set this up. It took me two weeks to save the money and they took it from me in less than an hour. Didn't even get a chance to enjoy it, if anyone is got spare money to spend better take them to charity than give to this mother f... thief's, and I hope that someone reports them to police for stealing por peopl, F. You all at pokerist team, you should be punished for all of this.

I have played at this site for some time. I will be 80 in a few months and this helps me pass time. Well they took away all of my privileges because they said I said some things not allowed. Well I think one of my grandkids used my account and got me into trouble. I can still play and that's it. I am not allowed to interact at all. No laughing, getting mad, thinking, etc.
I would like all of my privileges restored. I have asked before and it falls on deaf ears. I asked for a phone number to discuss, but was told it isn't available. I don't know what else to do! Please advise you feelings on this matter. Thank you. My player's name is (109)

Algorithm is set to reward players who just go all in on ever hand, it is set up so even when you have the winning hand, the river will make the player who goes all in win. This is a free game but it is designed to annoy players, you fold 1 out of every 10 hands, you better believe that 1 hand you folded on gives you the win, example: you get cards like AA, you play, you loose to a 7and a 2

This is an example but this is the typical game play, they simply want players to be so annoyed and lose their chips so often that it forces you to buy chips, never will I buy fake chips with real money I just want to enjoy poker but these apps not just this one, all of them are the same, they make game play impossible and the chances of the lose to win ratio with the types of loses is very obvious.
Just make your apps enjoyable instead of trying to annoy people and force them to make purchases, you sell ads, isn't that enough, just put an advert on when you log in, make money for the site sure, that's the reason for the creators but don't try scam people with set up algorithms. Stop making players who ruin the game by going all in with nothing and letting them win every time, I've seen a player go from 100k to 3 million in just a couple of hours because he kept going all in and winning every single hand. The chances of this are basically nothing
What do you gain from this? Because all it shows me is that this game isn't worth playing and I'm sure you'd keep more customers if you ran the game fairly instead of looking after the idiots who don't even know how to play.

This site is shocking! I paid for a significant order via Paypal. The payment went through on Monday, today is Friday and still nothing... despite being told that the oder would be completed on Wed. Their website suggests that they have all of these people giving 5 star service... it is bogus

I have been waiting to speak to their on line service to enquire about the order for over 1 hour... ridiculous!
