This company is giving "Made in the USA" a bad name. Their product is over priced, takes too long to receive and NOW is POOR Quality. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again. They don't answer emails and dont stand by their product. Patio cushions tearing with little use in them and mantained at a high level. Their customer service tries to avoid replacement by making excuses. I ordered a couple of footrest and they changed the material so now it does not match the original set. Their team leader was not very informative or helful, extremely disappointed. Avoid at all cost you will be much happier in the end.

We placed a $4000 order last year and when it arrived we made the poor assumption that it was sent from a quality company. Our pool was delayed so the furniture was just unpacked…a $400 item was missing. I contacted the company, which isn't easy to do, and was told that because it was last year and signed for, tough luck. We will be sure to pass on the incompetence of the company and the pure lack of service to anyone we know looking for this furniture.

Overall we like the product but beware of squirrels. Scratching and chewing risks are not clearly disclosed. The furniture is marketed as being able to be left outside year round but I wish I covered mine in the winter months since the warranty does not cover the scratches and chewing damage.

I've been buying this furniture for over 10 years and bought lounge chairs for Acapulco. Terrible hurricane and they sent replacement parts to me. Amazing company

Dealt with pieces of my furniture cracking. Called customer service to get replacement pieces, took 3 calls to finally get somewhere but then a few days later get e mail stating they won't replace pieces because I interchanged 2 different colors stating I modified the chairs. Both chairs purchased and assembled at the same time. Slats we just interchanged for unique look.

Make sure you find a store that sells these pieces before you order from website pictures.
Looks decent sized in photos but this glider is very small. In my opinion, it is adequate for 10 year olds.
It has very shallow seating, short but smooth glide.
I am 5'6" and this is really low. I would not have purchased if I had tried it out first.

I bought the Lakeside Polywood Table and 6 LaCasa chairs a little over 1 year ago. They are advertised to be durable, weather resistant and able to be left outside all year round. I live in suburban (not rural) NJ. Attached are pictures of what my furniture now looks like. Neither Pelican Sports Center not Pollywood will grant me store credit or a refund. The attached pictures are a small representation of the damage.

I have owned this chair more than two years. It is well made and has handled South Texas sun well.
The first issue, with this chair sitting in the sun, if you go to sit in it in the sun, it will burn your skin, bad.
The second issue, every couple two three weeks you need to wipe the arm rests of the chair with dryer static towels stuff, cause after sitting in chair, you get up, grab the metal door handle into your house you WILL get shocked. The dryer towels will stop it but it only lasts a short while.
Who gave me this tip to do this, Polywood, so they know this is a issue.
Oh yeah, they make you agree to register with a passord before you can place a review. BS for sure

I placed two orders, each order arrived with a piece that is defective. It was a hassle getting through to customer service. We assembled pieces and had to unassemble them and spend waste of time fixing them. Can't say I would recommend ordering from this company unless you like assembling products and having to contact them for replacement parts. Also, getting through to a representative is nearly impossible. The representatives were all very friendly on the phone but just a lot of work on my end to have the correct items. I had a side table arrive without a medallion, the piece they said it was too big and I couldn't get it to fit. I had to contact them for another piece to be sad and I'm still waiting to hear from them. I had six barstools arrive and two of the legs were uneven. After paying someone to assemble them all, we had to re-assemble them and put them back together. Still have one that the legs are even. Also, when they delivered my items, they left everything on a 10 foot pallet that I was responsible to have removed. I asked several times if I could have someone come pick it up. No response, my trash people will not take it, I had to pay a service to come haul it away.

Also forgot to mention that when they delivered the items, they left behind a 10 foot pallet that my trash service would not take and I end up having to pay someone to remove it. I asked if they would come remove it and no one ever responded.

Guess I will try posting here seeing they won't post my review on their website. Sad to say after spending over 5K for various pieces of furniture, it was a nightmare to put this table together. None of the holes aligned which made me have to redrill everything. There is a metal brace on each side made of aluminum which has 3" screws that must go through the metal. These were not predrilled as well. Was extremely difficult to get through the metal. Either they forgot to predrill or the screws were too long. So after almost 2 hours, I finally go the table together. Should have taken 10 mins if the holes were properly done. Next we ordered a sofa and parts were missing to that. I understand mistakes happen but for a company that makes their product in the US, I wouldn't expect this. I've shady been offered for it to be replaced but the time and effort it would take for me to tear it apart and send back is not worth it.

I ordered 2 lovely weather proof Vineyard 60" benches, and if I had received the 2 complete units I ordered, this would most likely be a 5 star review.

I contacted Polywood on the date of arrival, and initially I was assured that a warranty replacement would be offered for a faulty bench with issues due to Polywood's error. The error for that bench was that they included hardware/parts for a Polywood CHAIR instead of bench inside the box. I had no way of realizing this until one of the screws became lodged into the bench due to it being the wrong size for the product. Now the bench cannot be disassembled, and it likely cannot be relied upon to hold the intended weight.
The second bench we ordered at the same time had scratches and issues as well (such as missing the oval branding insignia on the back), but I was not seeking a damage claim for those issues. I was willing to overlook cosmetic concerns with that bench, but I cannot do so with the other truly faulty bench that may be dangerous for my guests due to having been assembled with the wrong hardware.

UPDATE: Polywood's Customer Service team has now escalated my concerns, and they've offered a reasonable resolution for both benches. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or the wrong hardware, I would recommend sharing concerns with the company where the Polywood items were purchased (Bed, Bath, and Beyond in my case) first vs attempting warranty claims directly with Polywood. My observation is that they have simply been too short staffed to address concerns in a timely manner, but they are still trying!

We were excited about a recycled and durable outdoor dining set. Took 8 weeks to get. Table went together easily. One chair was missing a screw holding a back slat. Table had a dent on the edge. Customer service phone line disconnects you. Email response 3-5 business days. For $2800, I expected first class. Got Spirit Air instead. This experience is more like an Amazon reseller. We were going to buy another set for our vacay home but after our experience, we will get something else that is much less expensive.

I ordered 2 chairs in June with an estimated 6-8 week delivery timeline. I inquired in August and evidently customer service had been shut down due to COVID. I heard nothing back, and disputed the charge with my credit card. I received a shipping notification on October 10th, however the chairs arrived with parts missing. DO NOT order from this website, they are a 3rd party supplier. Go directly through polywood.com the manufacturer. This place is the worst.

Were on our third attempt to get the bench correct. They are responsive with customer service, but really poor quality control. I see how the quality would be great if correct, but they really have messed up our order - multiple times. Since you need to assemble these - its really annoying to do this three times.
1. Bench holes drilled improperly and wouldn't fit. - New Bench
2. Replacement bench had a staple coming out the back where you would lean back and not notice it. The bench back didn't fit into the holes, and the decorative pieces on the back don't fit into the bench frame.
3. Third replacement bench on the way...

We shall see - but I can assure you this is a frustrating company to deal with.

... but in the end, it was worth the wait. The Polywood Adirondack chairs are handsome, sturdy and comfortable. I did have some frustrations with communicationspandemic fallout, I'm surebut in the end, a company rep, "Daniel C.," stepped in and went above and beyond. Delighted with his efforts and delighted with the chairs.

Extremely disappointed in this company. I have waited 12 weeks for my Edge table to arrive, only to find out that they had sent me the wrong color. Conveniently, this company does not have anyone to speak with over the phone and their email "customer service" is completely unresponsive. I would NOT recommend buying from this company! There are so many other great options out there with companies who actually value their customers.

The Table and Chairs are nice but both their shipping time and communication leave much to be desired. My shipment was on the road for a solid week before I was even advised it had shipped. Took the full 7 weeks quoted to ship. Then they wanted to deliver the next day and I contacted the shipper they had chosen(CEVA Logistics)twice (by e-mail and then phone) to tell them we would not be at home until the 19th. Was told they could comply and then they dropped it on the curb in front of our house on the 18th. Almost $3000 worth of furniture with no signature just left on the street. Not sure who is the bigger idiot-the company that hired this delivery company in the first place or the clowns who took my call/e-mails and then delivered it wrong. I'll find someone else to buy furniture from next time.

Update - I got a call from a supervisor and actually felt badly for them. They are overwhelmed and some workers in the plants won't come to work until the government stops paying them to stay home. They have had an explosion in orders at the same time workers came to work at a lower rate. The web site is outdated because the web guys were pitching I dealing with the order chaos. It is better now and they have accurately updated their web site.

They are 100% incapable of doing anything during Covid. They do not answer phones. They have one person in chat total. And the web site says something about express free shipping in two to three days. I just finally heard about my order. It will be more than two months for any of it to ship. The web site is 100% misleading- go elsewhere unless you are very patient. Product is great from my previous pre corona orders but now they are essential closed

I ordered my chairs in the beginning of June. They charged my credit card. Almost 3 months later and I still don't have my chairs. They don't answer the phone. I sent an email and they have not responded and it is over 10 days. This is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve at least a response.

I finally received my furniture and it is high quality but the service could improve.

Had this table 5 years. The photos speak for themselves. My other furniture also has rust spots from al the screws. It isn't supposed to do that

They may have the cheapest prices but there is a reason for that. I am now at over 60 days for my order and no responses. I talked to someone on chat finally today and when I questioned why I can get an email reply they closed the chat. This is pathetic. I'm ordering from somewhere else and will just send their $#*! back when it comes in on their dime. I am guessing Ill get it this winter sometime.

I order four Adirondack chairs and two small tables, I was very pleased with the chairs and tables, but one of the chairs was missing a 2.5" bolt. Getting through to Customer Service took over an hour. Once I made contact, it was an ordeal getting them to agree to send me the missing bolt. Even though I gave them the order number and part number, they wanted the serial number off of the chairs to verify the warranty. These are not inexpensive products and dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. I have still not received the missing bolt. Very, very disappointed.

Sent a request to return an item that did not meet my requirements. Received email saying the customer service group was very busy and would need 3 to 5 business days to respond. Three weeks later no response. Phone message was not returned. Furniture might be okay but don't use if you want service.

I bought a house with Polywood furniture and it needed replacement slings. Company policy is not to supply any replacement parts (that I still needed to purchase) unless you are the original owner. Garbage policy, last Polywood I will ever buy!
