I love this site more than you can imagine. Every year I go to stay with my best frien in Parksley VA. Chincoteague island is about 20 minutes from her house. The island is a beautiful place to vacation. Unlike Ocean City MD. Chincoteague has no board walk. But has a small area up to the beach with many really cool beach stores. One of my favorite stores is Ponytails. They have the most delicious saltwater taffy I have ever tasted. The peanut butter filled taffy, and the licorice taffy are 2 of my favorite ones. The have all different flavors to choose from. They have great fudge to. The orange creamsicle and chocolate marshmallow fudge are unbelievable, they melt in your mouth. They have a really nice selection of homemade candy as well. I was unable to view the candies online maybe because they have not yet updated the site for the new season. I called them today they advised me that they are adding more items everyday. Also that they have 2 new flavors of fudge root beer & water melon. I have never tried these flavors yet but I can't wait to. I love the many blown glass gifts they have. I saw a beautiful two toned glass stingray that was about 1 foot across. He was something I wish I had the money to buy. The glass crabs and seahorses where cool to. They have really neat little seashell turtles that have wire glasses on & and a little clam that stands upright with little eyes and feet. When I bought mine I paid $1.00 each. Every tear I buy another turtle to add to my collection. Even though they are made the same, they have different sizes to them and different seashells that make the little turtle shells. Everyone is a little different than the other. I really don't think there are 2 exactly alike. They have a contact number to call and find out what is in stock. They also have great gifts.
