I requested a refund via email 10/29/19 due to horrifically poor quality material and bad fitting neckline cuts so low my breasts hang out on 3 dresses and 1 shirt. They asked for pics of items with tags. No tags on clothes only on cheap clear plastic bags so I sent them 4 pics of each item in their respective clear tagged bags. Then they asked for pics of defects on each clothing item. I replied that there were no visible defects but the material and cut were horrible and unwearable. They refused to provide any return address or authorization or directions. They don't respond to requests for refunds of my $122. I filed a claim through PayPal, it didn't do anything and seller never responded, PayPal closed case 2 days later. I filed a claim with my bank, still awaiting results. I would never ever buy anything from them. Their customer service is non existent, they don't process returns, their company name changes on ACH/bank. It's obvious they are foreign, non-English 1st language by wording on emails. DO NOT BUY THEIR CRAP!

Ordered a dress which was cheap looking and came late. When I requested a return then told me they would charge me $20-$25 to ship it back. AVOID SHOPPING THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered an item from their website on DECEMBER 15th 2017, and I STILL have not received it, and it is February 23rd 2018. I have emailed them MULTIPLE times. The first 2 times they kept telling me it was on the way and then that in their system it shows that it was "delivered". That is not the case because I have not received anything! I keep asking for a refund but now they don't even reply to my emails. Worst company. Do NOT order from them. Such a scam.

Wish I had read these reviews before spending my hard earned money on a product never received almost 3 months after ordering. They claim that my item is on hold in Aus due to "customs checking" and keep redirecting me to my local post office. Total scam.

2 months later and I am still waiting for a single response. The tracking number claims it was delivered to an address in Sydney NSW when I am not even in that state of Australia. Scam site just after your money! Avoid them at all costs!

THIS IS A FAKE SITE! I have been waiting for more than a month for my product and I get the same answers again and again. When I track the order it says it has arrived to my national post office but I called the post office and it hasn't arrived so they are scammers and I am looking for a way to close that site if anyone knows how to do so please go on and do it this should not be happening to people in 2018.

My goods were paid for over a month ago. Even the tracking number is saying the goods are still in China. Funny though they pretend they are in the USA.
They won't refund but I am involving Paypal now. I'm not taking this s**t any longer!
I wish I'd come to this site before ordering from these liars.

Received response from email sent inquiring about product ordered yet hadn't received it after placing order 4 week earlier. Was sent tracking number and kept track of tracking but never changed from 'China EMS' as of June 11-July 5. Paypal case now filed.

This website is a scan I am going on almost a month and my stuff still hasn't been sent to me. I have emailed them and asked them where my things were. I have even asked for a phone so I can call to a manager and now I'm not getting replies back. Don't waste your time or money on this site they even said they were sorry that they were going to send me a promo code so I could get a discount on my next purchase and I flat out said I can't even receive the things I bought this time why would you think I would do that again! Every time I email them only 1 person will email me back with the name of Jane.

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM, THEY ARE LIARS DO NOT BUY. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS SENT AND GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER IT WENT TO THE UK, I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA!

I cannot stress this review enough to anyone who decides to order from this website.

I originally ordered from here after an advertisement popped up on my instagram for their "best selling" eyelash extension oil. I was really into this because I had just gotten eyelash extensions and all my lashes had fallen out. I went onto the website, saw they had 15 reviews with pictures for 5 star ratings. I thought, "wow! This really works!" I ordered the product right away, and upon ordering, I received a confirmation saying that my product would ship within 3-5 days. That's normal. About two weeks passed and I had not received my product, so I emailed them and they kindly responded that they had an overwhelming amount of orders in the past couple of weeks and were trying to fulfill them as fast as they could. I though, okay no problem. 2 more weeks pass, I was getting annoyed. I emailed them again only to get a response saying that it would ship within the next 10 days with no reason as to why. I thought this was so weird, especially because on their website it claims that it would ship within 3-5 days and get to me within 7-10 days. 2 more weeks pass, NOTHING in my mailbox and it still says my order is processing on their website. I email YET AGAIN and this time I receive no response because I had asked for a refund. A couple of days later, I email again demanding a refund because I have not heard from the company and have not received the product. Again, no response. Now, after 2 months, I FINALLY received the product. I look on the label & it is postmarked from China.
Now, it all makes sense. This website is another one of those scam websites that uses pictures that aren't their own to make it look like they have the best products. Their reviews are all fake and use pictures from people who bought the original, REAL product that they are trying to sell. I immediately threw this product away because I would never put something like this on my eyes, let alone anywhere on my face, because you DO NOT know what these products are made of and they are not approved. They are just replicas of real products. There are other websites that do this with high end makeup, and you can't trust it!
Please please please do not being tricked into ordering from this site. It can be harmful and it is such a scam. I had to go out and write this review because there are no websites to leave a real review of this product. Their facebook page does not allow reviews to be made, and when I wrote a review for their website it needed to be "approved for moderation" and it was never approved because they will not post a bad review.
Please stay away!
