I placed an order over three weeks ago and I've sent half a dozen emails, messages on instagram including commenting on recent social posts, facebook, online chat, and called the google number and I'm getting zero responses. It's like the business is run by a part time person who only works one week out of the year. My order was confirmed online, I got a shipping soon notification and It's been in this holding status for Three weeks with zero communication. Not a good look.
