I ordered 3 different products at the same time to save on shipping cost, the first pint was 3/4 inch short of full, I mixed it well and brushed it on sandblasted metal, metal was also prepped as per Por15 recommendations, it dryed funky and in different colors. 2nd pint had about a 1/2 inch of unmixable sediment on the bottom. I closed that can up and called Advanced. He said that he will take care of the problem. 10 day later I call back and he remembered the order, being sorry that he didn't take of it the first time, he just had 2 pint in front of him the was going in the mail that day. That's 10 day ago. Thanks for taking care of your customers. I've used Por15 for 15 years, buy your paint direct from the MFG, you wont get all that Hot Air.

This is the first review I've ever left for anything, but the customer service was SO BAD here that I felt compelled. Not only did they not ship my order after taking my money. They never answer the phone, never returned messages. A month later, i'm fed up and e-mail them, threatening to report them if i don't at least get a refund. Finally this evokes a response. An automatically generated e-mail receipt for my refund. No apology, nothing. Give your money to someone else, people.

Ordered POR paint and set of brushes. It took a long time for the order to be processed. No status email of shipment, no tracking numbers... nothing. Finally, I called and order was shipped. Still no tracking number. Then when the order finally arrived, the brushes were not in the box. They were on the packing slip, but not included in the shipment. I called, and emailed, and the problem was never addressed. I paid for brushes that I never received. Buyer Beware!
