“PostNord does NOT deliver!”

They failed to deliver in December 2023 and January 2024 half of my Christmas presents. Do NOT trust them for important documents or important mail. They sent my mails to a nearby convenience store, did NOT send me the notification to go pick it up and after 6 days they returned everything. Postnord does NOT deliver! It's a gamble, if you're feeling lucky give it a try. You might get your package, or you might not.

They failed to deliver in December 2023 and January 2024 half of my Christmas presents.

Do NOT trust them for important documents or important mail. They sent my mails to a nearby convenience store, did NOT send me the notification to go pick it up and after 6 days they returned everything.

Postnord does NOT deliver! It's a gamble, if you're feeling lucky give it a try. You might get your package, or you might not.

They have stopped my shipping for 3 days now since March 10th, I have been calling them for help and every day they are lying to me that I will get an update but it still hasn't happened, I don't know where I can call to fix this problem or who to contact?! I will never use their services again

"I paid for home delivery and provided all the information they requested. The driver called me to confirm if I was home and said 'see you soon' after I affirmed. However, he didn't come and instead, left the delivery for collection at a parcel shop. I spoke with customer support, who apologized and said they would fix it. The following day, the delivery was still ready for pickup. Customer support informed me that the driver's company did not respond to the request to rectify the situation. After a formal complaint, they simply stated there was nothing they could do about it, even though the person I spoke with on the phone agreed that I was completely right, and acknowledged that the driver had been very unprofessional, for which she was very sorry.

PostNord is by far the best-known delivery service in Sweden and by far the most incompetent. Perhaps PostNord's domination of the market has made them complaisant as their delivery men don't seem to have the wit or inclination to get into the locked retirement home building in which I live. A case in point is a packet I expected on February 14th. We have an access security system here that all other delivery service operatives seem to know how to use. But not PostNord's. I got a text message on February 15th saying that the delivery of a packet addressed to me had failed because I wasn't available. I was. I'm always available, charged mobile phone in hand. To get my packet I would have to trundle my rullator up the hill to the nearest convenience store where it had been dumped. I rang PostNord and that isn't easy. Getting through the menus of options and the inevitable long queue to talk to a human being was dispiriting to say the least. Dispiriting and futile. I sent emails and tried phoning again. That time I was told that I could order another delivery, but it would cost me 120 kr. I gritted my teeth and agreed. I wanted that packet. Several days later I got a new text message saying that the delivery of a packet addressed to me had failed … need I go on? I got my packet eventually as a young member of staff here very kindly went to pick it up from the convenience store where it had been dumped a second time. I've learned my lesson. And that is PostNord — Never Again!

In all countries I have lived no delivery company has been as bad as Postnord. I think 75% of my drliveries to door has been changed to "Could not be delivered", so I have to go to a service station of their choice. Never told me why nor contacted me to see if I could help (give directions, door code etc.). Either they are incompetent or lazy... or both. Just glad I am able to walk, what if not and that was the reason for home delivery...

$#*!tiest company lost or stollen package after 3 days in swedish teritory. They don t want to recognise the fact that the package is lost and they offer $#*! compensation only for the purchase of delivery not for the value of the package. Worst company ever for delivery. You can just throw your package in the river it s safer to get to destination.

Ignored, no answer, rude and no delivery. Even with strikes Royal Mail is quicker.
So far 11 days and still no delivery even though I can track it. It is basically sat in their customs department who obviously can't read the customs form. Useless

Postnord is extremely unprofessional, unreliable and they are thieves. I have asked my family abroad to stop sending me care packages as i will be charged a ridiculous fee to collect them, even though they are clearly marked as a gift. Other times i have received no notifications that a parcel has arrived at the pick up point only to be sent all the way back to Australia. The incompetence of this company is astounding. Avoid like the plague.

A lot of delay on International parcels, and the worst that it's too expensive. I advise people to pay a little more and send your International packages with International companies.

First, it was delayed for 10 days, then the tracking status says it is delivered, BUT to the wrong address.
All contact sources are suddenly out of service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Parcel was taken back with no proper feedback and explanations.
First they say doors were closed, unable to reach customer and So they have taken back the parcel. But below the description we have provided the contact number, but they never reach us at all at any circumstances.
Secondly they asked us to book another delivery date and time but when we try to attempt to do it, they said it can't be done and we need to wait untill we receive any feedback from them. Since we didn't any feedback from them we reached them again they say parcel is damaged and cannot be delivered. Unable to reach the customer were automated message.
Finally they can't even track where the exact parcel is currently. I lost so much money out of it. More than money First time even have seen such a lethargic, casual attitude ever in any field. I have been in to many countries this level of attitude is mind blowing. They simply revert back that i can't do anything and complain anywhere to get the justice out of it. They have the privileges to do wat ever they want.

Absolutely the worst and most frustrating experience… And still waiting for my package! The updates were useless and gave no indication of when my package would arrive. After being home the entire week they claim to have not been able to deliver to my house, with no further information about where the package would be going. Suddenly the next day it seems as if the package would be delivered but instead, hours later there is a new update that the package was delivered to a post office. But there is no information which post office! Of course there is no way to find this information via their poor digital platform so will need to wait to contact their support tomorrow… But reading from the other reviews this will be another headache.

In short: avoid this company at all costs!

Update: waited 20 minutes for someone to pick up (within the support opening hours)…. No one picked up. Scam!

FINAL UPDATE (RESOLVED): Called again the following morning and someone picked up. They claimed to not have any more information for me but would connect me to another part of the company. However, he seemed to just hang-up instead of forwarding me. I called back and this time a lady picked up the phone and with the exact same information she WAS able to find the address where my package had been dropped off. I went to collect it and no problem. Big thank you to that one lady from support! Still, I would avoid this company for international shipping if possible. They should really work on their digital platform so it can provide more information!

I sent a package from Denmark to Finland. The employees at Føtex Postnord station in Esbjerg printed and placed the wrong label on the package and therefore my package was sent to a completely different address with a different sender. I have submitted several complaints on the Postnord website with no replies.

How is it possible that Postnord is aware that the package is going to the wrong address, and they are not able to stop the package from being delivered or they cannot ask the receiver to return the package? In addition, Postnord does not do reply to several on my complaints and does nothing, even though they are aware of the situation and the sending Postnord station has recognized the they made a mistake.

How is it possible that the sender and receiver can track the package but it is not possible to return the package when a mistake has been made?

Tip for consumers:
Dont use Postnord if you want your packages delivered to the right adress.

My parcel has been sitting somewhere "in the country" for 10 days but where? So get this - their customer service number (in Finland) is OUT-OF-SERVICE! That's right - an "international organisation" who handle, e.g. Fed-Ex deliveries in Finland - do not have a functioning customer service helpline. What kind of cr@p is this? Worst mail service in the world - do not use under any circumstances.

Ordered an iten for my daughter's boyfriend 3 weeks ago. When I check to shipping info all it says is its still processing. Still awaiting shipping? Really? No updates. No information available whatsoever. No customer service response. Note the 100% 1 star reviews and that'll tell you all you need to know. Run!

Out of 8 packages I ordered in Sweden Postnord was not able to deliver a single one to my door. I have to get it myself at the post office in ~10 min walking distance. Also it takes about 5-7 days until it is ready for pickup.

When I was young we had as tourists in Yugoslavia sea coast lot of Swedish guests. As small children I admired honest cultural ethical mentality of Swedish people. Today after 40 years this is awful shameful that can happened that someone steal in packages and management of Postnord cant stop this mafia. I know it will be mostly immigrants you will say employee in delivery drivers ect but at the end we dont care from where this people is but you need to select and place in prison all of them. I promised gift to one person and now im shamed that package missing. Lot of shame. Package sent on 25.Aprile 2023 still didnt arrived in Slovenia. Of course we make complaint but useless. Its need complete fire all management and logistic organization from 0. This mean all staff fired. No matter of position. I was in Africa in Ethiopia and package from Europe with DHL arrived in remote part of project in Ethiopian hydro power plant in 4 days. From US also 3 months ago one small package of car injectors from Texas to Slovenia arrived in 4 days. Sweden had in 1968 -1971 first IT and computer IBM technology and this today in 2023 is big big shame that tracking is big big BS.

Finner ikke adressen min. Jeg har skrevet at: jeg er hjemme etter klokka 16:30. Huset mit står ved post kasse, de har tlf nummer, navn, adresse, MEN finner ikke… IDIOT

I no longer mail to Sweden. Over half packages disappear and they start charging $20 for the receiver to release the package in Sweden. Being Swedish it is embarrassing how awful the postal service is

Why make things so complicated? Why you are not allowed to choose a pick up point instead of home delivery? Why every time I call you you don't have my contacts and even my home address? How it's even possible? How it's possible that 40km delivery takes 11 days? Why I should be on the phone for 15 minutes while someone picks up the phone? Why you don't reply on social media? Why if the package gets lots you won't notify me?

Three months and still no package. The worst of the worst. All of the management should be fired. Total incompetence. Read their complaints which are more numerous than the stars in the sky. Lost packages. Stolen packages. Discarded packages. Do not use them. Let them close down. A worthless company and worthless group of people working there. Shame!

PostNord is worst carrier ever - try to avoid using them. I have a parcel still waiting in customs and it has been for more than a month now. I call and contact them every day, but they cannot help me. Very dissapointed indeed.

I've had several packets that were perfectly correctly addressed and customs slips filled in but were rejected and returned and now most of them have been lost, all this has started from Feb 2021. I have written many times and filed several complaints but receive only a usual standard answer, which does not address the issue. I hope konsumverket does something about this and takes Post Nord to task for their incompetence!
