I paid $21 to have this company level my character and no service was provided at all! NONE AT ALL! They stole my money. I contacted Anna in customer support 4 days after I placed my order as my character was still at the same level. She told me they would get started. Nothing happened. I waited approximately 2 weeks and then contacted customer service on their live chat and again got Anna, I told her to provide the service or issue me a refund. Well she said they would start and re gathered my information. Nothing happened! 2+ weeks after my order I then contacted Vlad from customer service. He told me they'd issue me a refund in 2 hours (why 2 hours... don't ask me because it makes no sense). Well 5 hours went by and go figure... no refund, I then contacted customer service again and Vlad said that they provided the service and I showed him proof. He then said he could not do anything for 8 hours. I told him to issue me a refund or I would open complaints. Well I filed a dispute and now claim with PayPal and am performing all the necessary steps that I can possibly do to have this company shut down. They literally snatched $21 from my wallet. Seriously do not use this website. Go read their FAQ's and you'll see why. They have no phone number, live chat is only on sometimes and they hang up on you. I told Vlad to issue me a refund or I would move forward with the proper steps and he hung up. I even gave them the option to level my character 2-3 weeks late. Still nothing! Stay away, go to YoYo or MMO. Its more expensive but thats because they actually PROVIDE the service. Don't make this mistake.

They pride themselves saying that everything is done by hand. Meaning that they level your character by physically pressing all the keys on the keyboard for each and every kill all the way through the duration of the service they are providing for you. Well that is everything short of the truth.
I purchased their services for my character. They leveled at a completely steady pace. When I get my account back from them (Four days late) I log on and get harassed by players and even my friends. They said "Wow dude I can't believe you resorted to using BOTS." I admitted that no I didn't use a bot I purchased a power leveling service from www.powerlevelaion.com. They immediately called me a liar and directed me to a video that one of them took of my character. It was clearly being leveled via bot. I watched my character die about 4 times in 6 minutes--how did I know this was a bot? Well I doubt a human player would pull 1 mob out of a group of 5. It would pull one mob and the 4 others would swarm and kill him. I doubt a Highly experienced player with "over 4 years experience" would do something so stupid. Also they made no attempt to run away during any moment.
THIS SITE IS HOSTED BY LIARS, THEY ARE USING BOTS! THEY DO NOT LEVEL YOUR CHARACTER BY HAND LIKE THEY CLAIM. THEY ALSO LEVEL PROFESSIONS--I WOULD BE VERY SUPRISED IF THAT WASN'T AUTOMATED AS WELL.
I WOULD NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IF I WERE YOU.
Additionally I got an e-mail from NCSoft stating that my account has been suspended because they have recieved excessive /autoreporthunting's on my character. I emailed back and they said there was over 30 reports in 6 days. All of which were filed during the time that they were "hand leveling" my character.
THIS SITE IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE.
