I ordered a LED kit back in 2017 for my jeep wrangler and the dome light failed. The Customer Service rep stated "We did not introduce lifetime warranty until 2019 when we brought in our newer model bulb. However, the warranty information on the web site clearly indicates a "life time warranty" and does not exclude purchases prior to 2019, as follows: "Our lifetime warranty is limited to one replacement only. For example, if you order a kit with 10 LED bulbs, the maximum number of replacements we can warranty is 10 LED bulbs." Please be aware that this company does not stand by their products if they fail. Therefore, I will no longer be a customer of their products, as they do not honor their warranty or written policy(s).

I sent them an email regarding a faulty product. I then asked to have them send a new one and they agreed. The "product" according to them was sent on 03/25, but when I use the tracking LM*******US its still "Awaiting Shipment" meaning USPS has not receive the product yet. Precisionled told me that they sent it the next day where the tracking is not even updating. I sent a follow-up email on Monday 04/06 and they replied 04/07 saying they will send a "NEW" replacement but gave me the same tracking number. Outrageous and very so unprofessional. I will contact my bank later to get my refund, instead of waiting for nothing.

I had the lower light out put light. I ordered this one and it made all the difference in the world. Thank you for a great product.

Very good! I have these lights in both cars now. I will be ordering high beams and fog lights soon for our other car.

Some of the bulbs didn't fit my 2012 BMW 650I (License plate bulbs, vanity bulbs and door bulbs). Other than that, great look.

I ordered the Toyota Tundra Premium LED Interior Package and the rear cargo led bulbs. When I got my order, the cargo bulbs were missing. I have emailed them twice asking about the the missing bulbs. Not even a response from them. Well I guess their non response is their response.
Disappointing since they seemed like they were a reputable company. If I wanted to be ripped off, I would have gone with cheapo Chinese companies on eBay. Buy your LED's elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation.

I love the lights and the install video was very helpful, however, I did not receive the correct bulb for my trunk light.

They are a must especially when living in an area that is dark.

Your site runs slow and it will not reload the page efficiently. Secondly you ability's to choose a correct car causes it to lag and not reload correctly

Impressed with color temp and lumens.
Made the common mistake of trying to save money and ordering cheaper leds previously. They just aren't worth it and RARELY last the test of time and fail within months. I speak from first-hand experience.
I can't speak for the durability of these yet... but if it is anything like "you get what you pay for", I shouldn't have to worry. My only concern is prolonged heat as the higher lumens bulbs emulate more, and the bulb is housed in a very small, air-tight and these type of lights are typically on for long periods of time as compared with brake lights for example, that light for shorter durations with the bulb able to cool down more. We'll see.

Checkout procedure is flawed. Clicked on Amazon Pay and Paypal several times before my order was accepted. Dang near gave up!

Came across your website while browsing around looking for an upgrade on my headlights on both of my Hondas. (Accord and Civic). From comparison and reviews I've seen, you guys got me. The tutorial videos was a nice touch, especially for the cars I have specifically, step by step, easy to install.

Due to the depth of the questions. And the fact I haven't received my purchase yet. I feel a post review would be more appropriate. So therefore the 2 star ratings are simply an icebreaker. Could use some hid headlights high beams lows and fogs for my Jeep also.... hint hint.

At first I was impressed with PrecisionLED's marketing photographically measuring interior lighting improvements and emphasizing "LED bulbs that are carefully selected for your specific model". I did my own research and found competing bulbs for half the price but I decided it was best to leave it up to PrecisionLED to be certain I had the right parts and dome and map LEDs that matched one another (CAN bus, luminosity, color temperature, dimensions, bulb type).

Unfortunately, the LEDs that were sent to me did not match what was in the product photos that I was expecting to receive: They were the wrong dimensions, and wrong bulb type. They let me do an exchange. It still didn't fit right but I made it work.

The actual lighting was a huge improvement! But, unfortunately, my dome light has already burnt out after a year and a half (5000 miles).

Only odd thing is that you include reasons to buy from you and no matter which make/model I am shopping for you say Acura CL. Each page should ne model specific. It seems like a tiny detail but it makes the difference between your site and a competitor. The prices are okay, the video instructions on installation look good. Free shipping is good. Free trim kit is also good. Thank you for offering these things.

So Far, So Good !! Am anxious to actually see & handle the product, install the bulbs and then actually see the effects. Will be able to say more afterwards. CM
