I bought this wig for $263 from Premier lace wigs. I tried it on and it wouldn't fit my head. Their measurement was off. It was way too small. I called the company and they said they would only offer me $50 because I had cut the lace! I have not worn this wig and cannot wear it. I have just lost $263.
I regret buying from here and I feel cheated. I have had to part with so much money for something that was not my fault. The company would not even take responsibility for it.
The wig does not even stretch. Pls do not buy from the company. They have poor quality wigs.

First of all let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVE this wig. The hair is so soft and full, I've not yet experienced any shedding! I've ordered from this vendor several times and they've not yet to disappoint me. I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived bright and early Saturday morning. Therefore I strongly recommend this unit due to the quality and reasonable price.

This is my second wig from Premier and I'm even more in love with this one. I can't believe the hair is this quality for the price, minimal shedding (just a bit after cutting the lace as is normal) and the hair feels so healthy and soft, I love the straight so I haven't tried curling it but just on my try on I could see it can take product like a boss. 150 density is true and a good thickness, I usually prefer 180 but the 150 was still VERY full. All in all a great buy you won't be disappointed, price and quality cannot be beat! 5 stars for real

I paid, and that was the last I heard from them. No tracking number, they don't answer emails, they don't answer their phone and when you call it definitely isn't a professional sounding number. It sounds like a three dollar voicemail. Have a feeling I got scammed.

I installed this wig on Oct 25 and it was beautiful. After a week of wearing it started shedding significantly. Hair all over my house. I tried everything including keeping it straight so that it can reduce the shedding. It is now Dec. 7th and I have to remove the wig due to multiple bald spots. One in a half month was not what I had in mind when purchasing a wig i paid over $300 for. I contacted Premier and send them pictures of the wig. They offered $40 "Partial refund" which was highly insulting to me. They said that i wore it for over a month so they will not refund. Now I have a work holiday party coming up and had to order another $300 wig from another company last minute. I attached a picture to show just how big the bald spots are. Scam company and horrible costumer service.

My husband ordered me a unit from premier lace wigs in May of 2020, and here it is now September and I have not gotten my product! Everytime he inquired about the 300 plus dollar wig they would say it will take 70 days to complete the order, or check this out, they would say that they had one just like it ready, but the lace was slightly different! If I wanted that one I would have ordered that one! I am definitely going to report them to the BBB so that they can stop scamming people! ALL BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Any positive review that you see about them is A BALD FACED LIE! Point Blank and Period! When I asked them on IG where my unit is they blocked me! Just poor business all the way around, they make you not want to do any online business at all. This is too much money for them to be playing with my emotions over! I am not done yet! I will continue to give Premier Lace Wigs bad reviews everywhere until I get my money back! This is a real and honest review of my Business experience with Premier Lace Wigs!

I love this hair from Premier lace wigs, it's soft no shedding it looks like my natural hair I have had so many great compliments I'll be buying again

Realized why they are cheap because hair is NOT 100% real and cap construction is the worst I've seen. Wasted money and followed their return policy on 2 Wigs but they refuse to take them back.

If I could give PremierLace Wigs a zero or negative number, I totally would. It's not fair for customers to lose $75 or more just to return a wig that's already so expensive. PremierLace Wigs deducts $25 for "restocking" fee when you need to return or exchange their fake wig and in addition, you pay another $50 for postage to return the wig (which, by the way, I advised you to ALWAYS get tracking for your package) and they justify all this nonsense by saying it's their policy; yeah well be UPFRONT about your "policy" before customers invest in your products. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; save your money. We burn so much money buying from unscrupulous overseas companies; just buy locally, even if it cost a little bit more and avoid throwing your hard earned money down the toilet with these overseas companies.

Hair is always amazing! Customer service is excellent, had an order go missing and they resolved the issue quick and gave a full refund. Been a customer for 3 years. Packaging is good, Hair is always soft and lasts long. Thank you.

I am so in love with this wig. This was my first wig purchase ever and I am hooked. Great quality and great price. I throw it on before class and carry on with my day! I will DEFINITELY be reordering!

Premier Lace Wigs is scam company. Buyers beware. Hair quality is extremely poor. They will tell you they have the best top quality hair and it's litterally the worst hair. My bathroom floor is covered in hair from all the shedding. No amount of products can fix the horrible quality hair. I'm very disappointed. They say they offer refunds, but they're refusing to give me a refund. Stay away from Premier Lace Wigs you will be very disappointed. The reviews on YouTube or paid to say the quality of the hair is great, they're not to be trusted. Trust me stay away from Premier Lace Wigs if you're looking for good quality hair.
