The bike was picked up and delivered in excellent condition. The drivers knew what they were doing and were extremely professional. The only issues was the bike was four days late and the online tracking system never worked. I was however able to shoot an email and get an update on it's whereabouts. Overall it was a decent experience.
This is far and away the most unresponsive business I have ever encountered. They took my $900 quickly enough, but since then it's been like pulling teeth just to get someone to respond. I literally had to threaten reporting the company for fraud just to get a call back. My friend told me the bike was picked up over a week ago, but - surprise - I haven't heard a word from Premier about the shipment. Not even a confirmation that the bike is in their possession. Horrible, horrible experience, I really cannot recommend avoiding this business enough.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site. Period. Don't. Safe yourself the headache.
Trying to book but need revised quote after changing bikes, also offered them a 2nd bike to ship for the return trip, multiple messages unanswered and tried facebook messenger as well many, many days ago nothing, im concerned they are out of business, 5 attempts to contact in 5 days nothing...
Kristian is a gentleman until you pay, then fails to return calls and emails. Got refund after they failed to do their job!
All the 1 star ratings on here are 100% accurate. Stay away from Premier Motorcycle Transport. They are nothing more then a Brokerage company. My bike was delivered by a different company. My bike was lost for about 3 weeks. There is no communication with Premier at all. They do not answer the phone, they will not return a voicemail or email, and their online chat is nothing more then the ability to open a ticket which they never respond to. My bike was delivered damaged. Not minimal damage. $6700 worth of damage. This company told me that every bike came with $10,000 of coverage. Out right lie from the sales person that took the booking. My bike was delivered on the back of a furniture style straight truck strapped down the the floor with regular ratchet straps over the paint. No soft straps, no blankets or covering, no motorcycle skid or special pallet for the bike to be in so that it couldn't get damaged. I had to fill out the damage paperwork because the drivers couldn't read/write English. Run away from this company don't walk.
Although I could not complete the listing when I was on the website, after a phone call from Kristian Halbert, he sent an email. Form that email I have been able to complete my transaction to schedule shipment. THANKS KRISTIAN!
This is the second time I have used premier motor cycle transport, I've been very pleased with their service.
Beware of Premier Motorcycle Transport. They are very fast to respond to inquiries and very quick to take your money. But they are very slow to deliver. Three weeks and waiting. Tracking site not updated, no communications.

Shipping
Extremely easy to make the order however it did take three weeks for a carrier to get the bike picked up and I had to talk to customer service reps four times trying to get information on why the bike had not yet been picked up. Also my emails were never replied to. I had given up on this company and shipment. I was in the process of arranging for a new shipper when on that very day the bike got picked up. Not a very good experience for me at all.
Terrible communication. I'm a very reasonable person and would of liked when delays were happening. Didn't hear from anyone about delays and took 3 weeks for my vespa to arrive. I'll give them that it came in perfect condition. Just wish their communication was better!!
So far has been a bad experience... took my money, no calls back, no emails, no text and don't answer the G damn phone... Hope I get my money back... total bs company
Tip for consumers:
People are a joke.... no customer service....... but will call until they get your money

Motorcycle was delivered in the same condition as when picked up. Delivery driver was professional and courteous.
Company advertises 7 to 9 days for cross country transport. Mine took 20 days. The online tracker dId not work. Getting through to someone by phone was very difficult. Responses to emails never occurred. At one point I was told the delivery would take place during a window of the 17th to the 19th day. After finally hearing from the company on day 19, they told me it might be another week. The bike arrived the next day.
When I did get to speak with the company, they were professional and helpful.
To Whom it May Concern,
My name is Scott Gilbert and I recently had a motorcycle transported across country. (Booking Confirmation Attached) As the pictures show, the front tire of the touring bike was suspended over an area that should have supported and confined the tire. The result after being strapped down was a vertical split in a relatively new tire. This left me with no option but to replace the tire, for fear of unsafe riding conditions. The pallet built was not made for a full size touring front tire, which I specified in shipping questionnaire. Please advise how to proceed with this so no one else is placed in an unsafe riding condition and how I might be reimbursed for damage caused by shipping, not accidental but negligence. Thanks in advance for your help and consideration.
This company has very poor followup customer service.
Kristian Hallbert was great to sign me up and schedule my HD pickup.
I was told on the previous Friday that they do Tuesday and Thursday pickups the next week.
They called to today, Tuesday, to tell me that they won't pick up my HD until Thursday and that I have to pay the Copart and extra 50.00 for storage.
I asked to speaker with a supervisor and the lady on the phone just replayed I'll cancel your order and hung up on me.
I wish I received her name so I could add her name to the review
Went with another company and they will pick it up today

I still do not have my bike. I've called you people multiple times. No response. I missed my trip to Sturgis with my wife and friends and deposits on hotels. This is a joke. Do me a favor and find my bike!
We booked and said we would be ready for pick up on 8/12/18. I have made at least 10 calls to them to check on status. Our call was only answered once by a live person. All other times it went to phone-mail.
When I did talk to them, they said that we would get a call to schedule pick-up between 8/13 and 8/17. This is not 8/18 and we have received no call to schedule pick-up.
I going to have a really difficult time trusting them with my Harley is their customer service is this terrible.
Look at photos of new bike being loaded. Almost 800 paid to move it 3 states?
Think twice and walk away
The motorcycle arrived bed damaged. I called Premier Motorcycle Transport multiple times and left a message asking for a return call. No one ever returned my call or respond via email. Once they had my money it was like they disappeared. I would not recommend them or ever use them again.
I had a chopper picked up from Barrett Jackson Scottsdale and was quoted $750 to deliver to NM. I was told that they have picked up from the auction before and that i would have my bike within the week. First i was told I was being charged an additional $125 because the pick up person waited an hour to get the bike. Then had no communication for two weeks. Then the bike showed up at my office without any communication. And arrived with severe damage to the rear fender. This bike is a $50,000 show bike and will be expensive to fix. The bike also showed up in a box truck with no lift. It was a circus trying to unload without further damage. I will never use Premier again and dont recommend to anyone. On top of everything else. The salesman that was so nice and anxious to get my business. Kristian. Never responded to any of my calls or emails after he charged my card.
Do not use this company it is horrible. They assure you that your bike is well packed and shipped through their elite carriers. If there is a problem or an accident with your bike they do not inform you at all. You find out when it shows up to your house and they're about to unload it. Then you call them and they tell you they didn't know anything about it. If you do ship with them which I highly encourage you not to, pay the extra 200 for the insurance so when your bike does show up damaged they will pay for it and what they do pay is pennies on the dollar. They do not take in the inconvenience of your time and tying up your bike. Just another company not wanting to take responsibility for their actions.
initial sign in was a mess, first input gave me back a shipping location which was innacurate, called your office, no call back yet...second booking try worked better.
Received a fair and responsive quote after receiving the runaround from a shipping brokers provider . I selected Premier because they advertised shipping time for my location as 5 - 7 days. However after having accepted the quote and contracting with Premier Motorcycle Transport, it seemed as if all service stopped. The bike took 26 days to arrive. In the instructions to the shipper, I indicated that there was an owners manual, a spare sprocket and exhaust pipe that was to be shipped with the bike. After 5 days the seller had not been contacted by the shipper to indicated when the bike would be picked up. I called Premier customer service and was told that they would follow up and get back to me and nothing happened. Ia few days later, the seller contacted me and stated that the bike had been picked up in Illinois but the shipper refused to take the manual, sprocket and pipe with the bike. I had to arrange and pay to have those items shipped separately. The online tracking system was never updated so after two weeks I called to find out where the bike was and was told it was in transit, which I knew, that they would check and get back to me. After another week. I again contacted Premier, same response, they would check and get back to me. Nothing!
Another week goes by and I finally get a call back stating that my bike is in Las Vegas at a terminal waiting for a carrier to bring it to Reno and I asked for a follow up to determine when I might get my bike. No return call! In the interim, I had written a complaint to Premier and did get a response from a customer service representative, she stated she would follow up with the Las Vegas terminal and get me an ETA. By this time, I had received a call from the truck driver saying he was coming from Salt Lake, not Las Vegas. Ultimately, after I had contracted with Premier, the follow up was poor and misleading. The Web site falsely advertises delivery times that are not accurate and the overall experience was horrible. I will not be using Premier Motorcycle Transport ever again.
The communication was non existent! I had to track down my motorcycle since Julie couldn't tell me where it was. I was told the bike would arrive on 8/6, then 8/10 and on 8/12 I find out the bike actually arrived on 8/3.
As a veteran myself I appreciate that this is a veteran owned company. The website is easy to use and the rate was cheaper than some others.
ABSOLUTELY! The worst business and service in this country. There is nothing premier about that company. They gave me a date of when to drop off my bike and when it was to be delivered and than to find out the bike never left the shipping warehouse. Tracking is a joke you don"t even get to see the GPS location of your bike they just inform you of when they pick it up, not even up to date with technology. And to top it all off when i canceled transport because of the worse service in the universe i have to pay $100. To pick my own bike up because of there screw up. Good luck to anyone who uses this company. I will spread the word on how horrible Premier Motorcycle is at there business.
