If you live in Alaska and want to spend over 500.00 in products and Premier Nail Source won't ship items to Alaska? They are not customer friendly., they are not helpful... if you want product go to beyond polish for all your needs PNS stinks!

How do I give this site a negative star? Or perhaps a circle instead of a star, because a star indicates they did something well.

They do not answer the phone, nor do they return calls.
The most expensive item from my order was not included in the box, and another item was shattered at the bottom of the box. After a week - calling daily, leaving msgs-I FINALLY got someone to answer the call- she wasn't the friendliest person, but I didn't care- I just wanted my items.
After prob a week and a half, I realized my items had still not arrived... after some sleuthing (because you can't get in touch with them) I discovered they had shipped the items to an address I hadn't lived at in 4 years. Again, no one is returning my calls or answering their phone... it's been over a month now- I admit after the first 2 weeks my efforts to reach them have waned.
Moral of the story: unless you're bedding down with Lady Luck, or just feeling extremely generous, do NOT order from these crooks. If you're lucky, you'll receive your order and everything will be fine, otherwise you better be in the giving mood because you'll be donating your paycheck to this company.
