“It is a total scam!”

It is a total scam! I signed on with my credit card for the trial offer. It was billed to me at $2.95 and came up as $12 on my card. THAT was all I gave authority for! Subsequently I have been billed several hundred dollars and received no product. My card is being trashed, and being an OAP I cannot pay that sort of money. I have it under review appeal with the card company and gather that this scam is widespread. It takes away any trust for "on line" shopping.

It is a total scam! I signed on with my credit card for the trial offer. It was billed to me at $2.95 and then quickly followed with TWO billings of $87.62 each on my card. The $2.95 was all I gave authority for! I had to cancel my card to stop the billings! And, I have contested the $175.24 for false billings! I have received one credit thus far, but it is a hassle! This SCAM takes away any trust for "on line" shopping..

The review posted is very true. I told them if there was any other charges to cancel the whole thing, they told me the free trial was all with $1.95 shipping and handling. Then a month later they charged me $86.93 out of the blue claiming I had signed up for a 14 day trial. These people are very bad.

Premiumwhite is a total scam. I am working w/my credit card company to take off the charges and they are doing what they can. I sent back all products opened or unopened when I saw the charge on my card that I had not authorized. In talking w/them they gave me a number to display on the outside and I also insured and had a tracking number for the returns. They confirmed my return and promised a refund in an email. After three weeks no credit showed on my credit card so I responded to their refund confirmation, which they said to do, and it came back as undeliverable. Like others I have changed my credit card #'s and staying in close contact w/the dispute dept. at the credit card company. Don't get taken in by this total scam... some of it eminates from Cypress! (And now I learn Australia.)

This Premium White website is a total SCAM!
You have to read the small print on the FREE offer, otherwise they will 'rob' you credit card every month! As they have done to me!

This website claims to offer a free trial of a tooth whitening product, and it only after you have supplied credit card details to allegedly pay for postage and handling that you discover that you have inadvertently signed up to receive monthly shipments of the product.

Their terms and conditions are not prominently displayed and it is not obvious/apparent that you have agreed to them.

They do have a toll-free number, which is US time although there is a toll-free number listed for australian residents. If you opt to use their live chat system instead, they will not supply the address of the company so that you can return the unwanted product within their 14 day deadline for a full refund, saying that they are not authorized.
This is a real case of buyer beware and you need to really search a website thorougly to find where they hide the terms and conditions.

I signed up for and authorized a $2.97 shipping and handeling fee for a "free"trial. I talked to a rep and he told me that the company would automatically send me product on a monthly basis and would be billed on a monthly basis. I told them that i didn't want anything more than the trial and that any further charges were not authorized. They billed my card anyway. I tried to call a rep back and the offices were closed. I was able to "chat"with an online repand shesaid on page three of the terms and conditions that the terms were set forth. Very misleading. I shall contact the company tomorrow to try to get mycard credited.
