PrestoExpert are thieves. They charge 30% from experts and then again 20% as IRS fee. So you are just paying 50% from you hard earned money to them. Experts spend so much time and use their skills to provide awesome services to client and as a result, they get only 50% payment. I mean what the hell is this?
I want to give them zero rating but i cant. I will make sure to spread my voice on every possible social platform about them. This is the worst site for freelancers to work with.

I was an expert on liverperson with all 5 star ratings and reviews... later liveperson was merged to prestoexperts and I started using same account on prestoexperts as well, due to this migration my ratings were not migrated to Prestoexperts. I worked for sometime on prestoexpert and got good ratings from my clients. Lately I stopped getting any projects at all, later I found that my profile is rejected in Prestoexperts. My previous earnings are still stuck with them. They never released my earnings. Now it's almost 2 years and even after making numerous requests to them for releasing my earnings, they don't bother to answer now.

I always received a 5 star rating from my client and I never charged a client if he was not happy with my work. I'm not sure why my hard-earned money is not released by them.

Basically the guy i hired could not complete the assignment, and instead of saying so, he just handed in a bunch of garbage assuming that I wouldn't read it... I guess you should be careful before hiring someone

There are a few gifted therapists on here, but MOST therapists seem to charge too much for what they can offer. Some of the therapists aren't licensed. They also do things that would be considered unprofessional in the therapy field! Talking too much about themselves, flirting with clients, and not really listening to the client.

I wouldn't recommend clients to use this site, unless you get in touch with one of the really good therapists.

Face-to-face counseling is better than presto. Even free hotlines have proven to be more knowledgeable than presto.

Before hiring an expert on this website, read their reviews carefully. Do not hire experts with bad reviews, and your experience will be great. This website has very competent experts and I was able to get a lot of support during my Engineering degree. I was weak in the area of Control Systems Engineering and found a very good expert who explained me all the concepts and provided me great coaching. I will always be indebted to him.

Best help you could ask for on the go 24/7. Make sure to negotiate prices and read carefully all the reviews. If you do stumble across a bad expert report him and PrestoExperts CS will help you no problem and really fast.

Expert did not do the work. Even though the terms of hiring were that he will deliver a certain file type. Then they came to me and said expert did spend some time and they took half the payment.

I asked 3 people from Presto Experts to help with excel, 1 actually did the work (not perfect, but i can;'t expect perfection) and i paid her.
The other 2 didn't come close, and demanded to be paid.
Presto Experts to their shame, not only didn't help me but charged my card and paid them.
When i disputed the charge, they closed my account.
I would give the company a 1 (out of 10) for honesty, and reliability.
Try another company and STAY AWAY from PRESTO EXPERTS!

My "Expert" did not do the assignment. He did something different. Clearly the assignment was above his head. I refused to pay and it went to arbitration. The arbitor told me that as long as the Expert gives me some kind of service I have to pay at least a partial payment, and they charged my credit card $34. I guess if he would have picked up a rock and sent it to me I would have had to pay for that as well.
They are teaching their experts that they can accept any job and as long as they turn in something they get partial payment.

Do not hire people here. I posted for help on PHPClips, but everyone wanted to charge about no less than $100. So I hired someone to help install PHPClips onto my website. We paid her, but she was of no help AT ALL. She encountered many errors, but she didn't tell me what error it was. I could've helped her a little bit if she told me what error she's getting. So she's basically ripping us off. I then told her never mind, but I have never receive a response from her then. So technically, she was a liar. That's about it.

Please DO NOT use this website. They overcharge x5 what your work is worth and if you do not know they used a fake US address but the actual fact is that they are based in India. They are making money through arbitrage. Please do not waste their money on leechers site like this. If you are on a budget, try fiverr or for bigger projects, use freelancer websites like Elance.
