My experience with this company is different from the other reviews on here. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and received my order. The clothes (I ordered 2 dresses) are just as pictured and gorgeous! I think the quality is good for the price and I'm happy! I will DEFINITELY order from them again.

I placed an order with this company 4/22/20 and have yet to receive it. I've reached out to only be told there sorry for the delay there working on locating it. At this point they should've just sent out a new order. Tracking info has my order siting in Dayton Ohio since 4/26. Very strange and disappointed.

I received my order quickly but it was NOTHING close to the picture on their website. Fabric was completely different and stitching subpar. Also, the website says you can only return clothes that still have tags on them. However, my items do not have tags of any sort. Scam artists!

I have been charged for items I did NOT purchase, even paid the $180 to ship back to them, PROMISED a refund, and Still NOTHING. They will NOT give me their legal department information so I can pursue this legally

Please do not order from this site the clothes are cheaply made and the quality of them are horrible. My things I order did not look anything like the picture they advertised and I spent a large amount of money on the clothes. The shipping was horrible and they did not want to give me my money back, so I'm left with these horrible pieces of clothing. And on top of everything they want you to pay to return the ugly clothes they know they are selling false advertising.

I ordered from this company and received my order and the items were cheap looking and the quality of the clothes was horrible. The clothes didn't look like the picture at all. I returned my order and now they are telling me that they have not received my return. So I am out of $111.00 Please do not give this company any of your business. Then they tried to offer me a coupon to keep the clothing and not return them. Horrible Horrible Horrible

I would give no stars. The dresses I ordered are of cheap cheap quality and do not look anything like the site. The are a scam company they want you to keep it with offering a discount on your next purchase WTH. No I want my money back now I have to pay to return + custom fee. They claim they will return my money once they revive the items right. Please save your money

I ordered 3 items from this company it took nearly a moth to arrive. It was absolutely not at all as described or what i ordered. I only received 2 of the three items. Emailed to request a refund and was offered a coupon code to keep it. What? This is not the place to shop from i should have done my homework on reviews prior to shopping with them overall this was a very poor experience.

Ordered a stripped tent dress from the site. After a month it didn't come I wrote them and they said sorry it will be out soon. The dress finally got here 2 weeks later and it wasn't what I ordered and it was too big. I will never order from this site again. So unprofessional

This company is the WORST! No need for a long story, I ordered from them $90 for three items didn't arrived until 2 months later and the quality couldn't even compare to WALMART clothes cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture. I returned items and still waiting for a refund 3wks later so I guess I'm out of this $$. I will NEVER order from side websites again and if I were you STAY AWAY FROM PRETTY ROSY.COM SCAMMERS.

I have this boutique MULTIPLE time to correct the mistake and each time they acted as if they would and never did! I placed an order of almost $200 and the clothes I received looked super cheap and nothing like the picture and they sent me an outfit that Was hideous and I didn't order. And I still haven't received the correct order or hear anything back! Do not I repeat DO NOT order from them!

DISSATISFIED... First of all i paid for expedited shipping, that DID NOT happen,, The clothing is VERY POORLY made, i bout 2 outfits ($90) the dress was ok although it was (asian or chinese sizing) NOT TRUE TO SIZE AT ALL. At least i was able to give it to my granddaughter because sending it back was NOT an option, The so called dressy short set was a complete train wreck,. The top fits like a moo moo top again very poorly made and real cheap, one short leg longer than the other... 1 star at best... WILL NOT RECOMMEND

This seller is horrible at doing business! The clothes that they advertise are nothing like what you think that you've ordered! They had the audacity to offer me a discount on future items! WTH? Give me my money back! Your company is scamming people and it's just not right! I'm very upset at how cheap and undesirable these dresses are! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER!

I'm not sure if this is a scam or not, but I'm definitely leaning towards calling just that. I made a purchase on June 6-2020 and also paid for the expedited shipping. However I'm aware that since COVID-19 has surface to the world that's things has been back up. But what put the icing on the cake for me was when they sent out a tracking number to the Usps without the items to go alone with it. I also was surprised about that because I had never heard of that happening, I contacted the Usps corporate office to make sure it wasn't anything on my end and true indeed it wasn't it was just what was confirmed from the local office. No items had ever been sent I email them about it and all I got back was they promise they will send it and it's on the way.

This site advertises clothes that look one way and arrive completely different than described. I ordered one color and received a different color. I requested a return and refund. The item shipped from NYC at a shipping cost to the company of $3.99 and was told I needed to return to China for a $30 cost. The customer service team was non-responsive and PayPal also declined my refund for unwillingness to return at $30 cost. I finally had to enter a case with the credit card company who provided a full refund. -100 stars for this vendor.

I order my stuff a month ago and paid to be shipped early still no $#*!ing clothes very disappointed wouldn't recommend nor will I ever spend with them again worst money ever spent

I ordered a outfit for my birthday a month prior to the date. When I received the tracking information I immediately texted and stated I wanted a refund. Low and Behold a week after my birthday I received a outfit that looked as though a child could have made it in a home economic class. CHeap as HELL. I REQUESTED A REFUND AND RETURN LABEL. I got a text saying send a pic of what I received. REALLY? NEVER AGAIN. YOU GOT ME. WISH I HAD DID HOMEWORK BUT I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS BEFORE PURCHASING ONLINE.

Ordered a pair of $37 floral print sandals from this site. The shoes I received (almost a month after I ordered) looked NOTHING like what was pictured on the site. They came with no packing slip and no return information. I'm stuck with a pair of cheap sandals smh.

Their items don't match what you see in the photos. When you try to return them it will cost you $30 to ship them back! Call your bank & dispute the charges.

No tags on the garments, puckered seams, shoddy zipper construction, uneven seams, uneven stitching, over lapped stitching discolored fabric etc

I recently found a beautiful turquoise suit from this sight for my cousins wedding, but once I got it, it looks nothing like what I bought from material to color, I know now never to order from them again, the customer service tried to say it was the lighting and I have quality items from real louisvuitton to Chloe, but this has taught me a lesson to never do business with them again, I have to find me another suit after I paid $59.99 for a piece of trash that was worth $10 dollars, back to purchasing from quality retailers, now you look at there suit which is first now the suit they sent me and tell me they look anything alike,, you can tell the first suit is thicker material, i am a nurse but I assume I am suppose to be colored blind but have to wear no glassse

I spent 212.92$ June 13th! My order was placed and never shipped! I've sent this company numerous emails and have gotten no response! I would like a full refund! This website is just taking people money and needs to be shut down! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!

I have to be honest and say this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had I spent almost $70 on an outfit that didn't fit at all and I didn't know they were located in China and they tried to charge me almost $40 to send it back which was more than half of what I paid for the outfit to begin with it was definitely false advertisement I tried to get my money back after They never gave me a tracking number or could tell me anything about my order I had to go through paypal to get this issue resolved once they seen I wasn't playing then all of a sudden a tracking number popped up Not to mention I waited over a month just to get the outfit and now they were telling me to try to sell it to somebody else or keep it when I can't fit it It was not easy dealing with these people at all they offered me $3 back and 15% off credit code on next purchase if I kept the stuff
