Ordered item - was charged and then refunded with no explanation.
Cannot get them to answer - cannot sign in to account, I feel that any reviews stating they can are bogus!
I should have checked reviews for this company. Had to call, wait online forever, just to hear I can't get a return label, just an address. Have to pay for return shipping which is fine I guess. But if I'm paying to return at least make it easier. Hope I get my money back without hassle. Definitely shop through Zappos, Amazon or really most other companies. This company just can't compete!
I ordered a gallon of Hot Pickles and when I opened them I was happy to see the cloud in the jar(meaning they are going to be HOT). No they were regular dill pickles. They had a flavor of plastic also.
There was NO spice at all. Customer service pretty much told me that it was too bad, since I think they were not hot ENOUGH! Really? I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS AGAIN. False Advertisement...

Almost a month and the requested items did not even make it to the post office. It says 'delivered' on PriceFalls website but tracking tells the real story. Seems like a scam.
Overheating Pet clippers for $135. + S&H with no return info. The pamphlet says do not return to their company for repairs. I want refund not repairs
Never received purchased item. No response from emails or voicemails. Do not waste your time or money. Stay away!
I purchased a watch that arrived defective. Two weeks later still waiting for return labels. Same broken record about how there is a technical problem sending them by email.
I ordered a white noise machine because they had a great price. The order was cancelled the next day. I will not be ordering from them again.
After posting a review like this on another site, PriceFalls claimed that I never bought anything from them. I have emails that prove otherwise. They are crooked liars and I will be posting this review on 10 sites now instead of the one I originally planned on. If they refute any of those, it'll be 20 sites. I better go, I've got a lot of work to do!
I decided to try Pricefalls for a $100-plus piece of luggage based on an $8 savings vs. Amazon. I am a Prime Customer, and could have gotten it in 2 days with the ability to track it, but I wasn't in a hurry. Good thing! The product shipped from a domestic supplier, and both they and I are in the Lower 48 States, but it took more than 3 weeks to arrive. I wouldn't mind that, but at no point was there useful tracking info. Or even the ability to know WHO the shipping co. Was. I sometimes work late at night, but don't like ot leave packages out front long after dark, so even if it does take a long time, I do like to know at least roughly when it IS going to arrive. I'd suggest that you think long and hard before choosing Pricefalls... and then choose someone else!
Purchased sunglasses 2 weeks ago and I have had to "babysit" the entire process. I paid for next day delivery and despite the fact that I started to inquire about my delivery date on 7/14/17, it is now 7/18/17 and USPS is telling me that my glasses will not arrive until 7/20/17 -- the day I leave for vacation. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I cannot understand why, when I paid for "next day" delivery, and after they realized they forgot to start fulfilling my order, that they could not satisfy my purchase and send my glasses "next day." Unbelievable $#*!ty customer service!
I wanted to buy Japanese cucumber plants from them. Then I had an urgent meeting out of state and ask them to cancel my order. They still shipped it two days after and said that it was already shipped when I ask for cancellation. When the order was received by a friend of mine and instead of four cucumber plants, we got two zucchini and to cucumbers. All of them were in shape that it would be a waste of time and space to plant them either broken stems or pretty much dead. I would never ever buy from this company again.
MY SEARCH for some hinges had these guys show up with a price and a note of free shipping. At the end of checkout, the shipping magically appeared! DECEPTIVE!

Do not order from this company! I ordered a pair of eyeglass frames that did not fit. I inquired about how to return them. They told me to send them back to Super Shades, Sunglasses, Etc, (Florida) which I did within the time frame stated. I waited and waited for a credit on my card. Pricefalls said they would investigate and get back with me. Eventually they said I had to deal directly with Super Shades. Super Shades said a credit had been issued to me already. I double checked and it had not. Eventually, they told me that He had been sick, and that Pricefalls was to have taken care of all the credits. I have written and called repeatedly. Both companies are deadbeats and crooks! I am out $118.
This is where unreliable and crooked "internetpreneurs" go when ebay throws them out, I think. A seller will charge your account, not ship item, spend weeks giving the runaround so that the unresolved case will expire and you might not be able to get a refund. Meanwhile... intended birthday surprises get delayed. Stay away from this site.
ITEM NEVER ARRIVED. KEPT TELLING ME THEY WOULD CALL BACK, NEVER DID. GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD.
Does Pricefalls have great prices? Sure they do! But, we're buying shoes here - fit and comfort are NOT a guarantee. Three pairs in my order did not fit, so I initiated a return. Being spoiled by the likes of Zappos, DSW and Amazon, I just assumed they would send me a label. Nope. Not only am I NOT being refunded shipping, but I have to pay for the return shipping AND contact separate companies (the actual sellers) to even initiate the return. So, all in all, for the privilege of TRYING ON these shoes, I will spend time tracking down some 3rd party vendors and pay over $20 in return shipping fees/lost shipping fees. Suddenly their prices don't seem SO great. I will never again use this company and stick with the vendors who offer a friendlier return policy.
I recently ordered a bottle of perfume through Pricefalls.com, my original order was shipped to Oregon instead of Florida... OK mistakes happen. They dispatched a new shipment which arrived today. With giddy excitement (haven't bought real perfume for myself in a while and this is my favorite) I went to open the package only to discover that instead of a bottle of perfume the box held a black photo album. I wrote an email to the woman I had been speaking with since the Oregon mix up and was told to send photos because the warehouses don't make mistakes (they obviously do), so I called customer service only to be told the item was out of stock and they'd issue a refund. A refund that could take up to 30 days to process back to my credit card... Oh and I can keep the album. I don't need a photo album. I need what I paid for in the first place. A refund at this point without any sort of encouragement to come back as a customer infuriates me. Give me my refund and at least free shipping off my next purchase or something to try and retain me as a customer. Steam is coming out of my ears. I will certainly never do business with this company again!
I purchased 2 bottles of hair conditioner from price falls.com based on what was shown on the order page the product would be. I received a different product. I promptly notified Pricefalls.com and come to find out the order went through a company called 'Perfume Worldwide'.
Perfume Worldwide contacted me and asked me to send a photo of what I received. I not only sent them a photo of what I received, I sent them a screenshot of their own page. The two are clearly different! Different sized bottle, Different packaging/label, and different ingredients.
To my shock, they informed me they DID send the item I ordered and if I wasn't happy with it, I could send them back for an 80% refund?! WHAT? They send the wrong product and want you to not only pay for shipping back but only want to give you 80% back. I order a lot on the internet and luckily have not run into such an unreputable company until now.
I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, and asked for my credit card company to do a change back as I clearly have all the evidence I need to proceed, but what a hassle. And all for a measly $25.00.
Not a good way to do business. BUYER BEWARE of Pricefalls.com and Perfume Worldwide!

Pricefalls.com now has contacted me offering me free shipping back and a full refund. Will update when/if that happens
I never used this website before but they had what I was looking for & at a great price. So of course I order it. Order was placed February 20th. I totally forgot all addresses in my area were just switched over to the 911 address so of course my mail ppl didn't deliver it as I had the wrong address. I reached out to Pricefall March 10th telling them my situation 8 days later I get a response saying they will notify the warehouse that the pkg will be coming back & in the meantime for me to reach out to the postal service which I did. The postal people begin to tell me nothing can be done without a tracking # So I tell pricefall the deal. No one resonds back. So I begin to email again. Finally after a few days I get a response saying they will track it. So I wait and wait & finally write them again only to be told they are still investigating. That was 4/2. So today 4/21 I reached out knowing I will not get my package or money back. Luckily it was only 18$ but still 18 dollars is 18 dollars. I am just trying to warn anyone that orders from there to keep their fingers crossed nothing goes wrong b/c this company has the worst costumer service you can imagine!

Pricefalls got me my watch fast and at the lowest price. They were helpful and gave me an extra discount for being a first time shopper. I would use them again.
I order a watch that cost almost $300. I correctly inputted both my billing and shipping address. Between Pricefalls and Areatrend, someone printed the shipping label wrong, listing my billing zip code instead of my shipping zip code. Similar to the experience as the customer above, I contacted Pricefalls when the post office held the package and refused to release it to me. Having full access to my order, and able to see that I did not enter in the address wrong, the "customer service" (if you want to call it that) agent informed me that I was incorrect, (and strongly implied that I was lying about whose fault it was) and that because the ENTIRE INCIDENT WAS MY FAULT, there was nothing Pricefalls was willing to do. Ultimately, the chat person said "we just provide the platform. If you want to handle it yourself, contact the seller." I still do not have the package, and still do not have a refund. Areatrend was equally as unhelpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They take zero responsbility for misprinting shipping addresses, and simply pass the buck. Your time is better spent simply buying directly from the seller, as their customer service department offers literally NOTHING in the way of customer service. I am now out almost 300 bucks, and do not have the package to show for it. Thanks, Pricefalls.
I have been shopping with Pricefalls for the last several years. I have purchased a wide range of products and I am always pleased with the timely delivery. The customer service team is always on call to assist with any questions which makes the shopping experience a breeze. I highly reccomend Pricefalls! :)
