“I'm late commenting, but the same thing happened to...”

I'm late commenting, but the same thing happened to me. RIP OFF. I decided rather than be mad I would just go ahead and use up my bids. Well, after Christmas 2010, they didn't have anything of any value up for auction. I paid $150 for some eye cream and a $25 Starbucks gift card. Had they had decent items maybe I could have actually bought something. Now the site has been gone for months. Hopefully, even though we all gave them our hard earned money for nothing, they are broke! Losers. I work for my money, apparently not everyone feels the same way about getting their own money.

***WARNING***BEWARE*** When you sign onto their site, it lists brands like Wii, xbox 360, Cannon, Apple. Don't fall for it. They do not sell any of those items. It is all junk... all the time. Do not complete any forms with them or fill out any credit card information. They will charge your card before you even realize that you have bought bids. When I complained to the company, they referred me to the sneaky fine print. I basically flushed over a hundred bucks down the toilet by giving it to these thieves.

Terrible! Stay away. Nearly a scam although probably not technically because it does have very small print that you "agree with" by simply clicking a button marked "Continue" The first page is supposedly a "sign on" page in which you enter your information "where can we send your winnings?!" making you think you are entering your information for when you win an auction. Automatically you are charged $150 just for the privilege of bidding on auctions. Then, of course you have to pay for winning anything also, obviously. Nearly a scam although it does say in very tiny print. The wording is PURPOSEFULLY deceptive.

Also, there They have the same stuff up as they did months ago. Terrible turnover of new auctions. Worse waste of my money. And the customer support was almost gloating in the fact "Well, you agreed to the terms and conditions" instead of trying to be helpful.

Ridiculous! I am still pissed months later!

I too found the supposed news article that in hind site was not. Joining up requires entry of a credit card number, which I assumed would be used once I made a purchase. However, the purchase was made at that time without indicating it would be. In addition, the vast majority of what they sell is pure JUNK. You see the occaisional iPad come up, but then it sells for nearly what it normally cost, then add in your cost of the auction and you spend more. This site is a complete scam. Avoid like the plague.

Like so many others, I was brought to the site with the promise of 100 free bids. After registering on their site, and putting in my credit card number so they know "where to send your winning auctions", they chargeed $145.75 to my credit card. Their website is very deceptive. The form to fill out is on the right half of the page, and in small type on the left, next to the testimonials, there's a box with the default value of 300 bids for $149.75.
I have contacted priceshuffle as well as my bank to no avail. This site is a scam. A ripoff. They are crimnals that should be in prison.

I found this site through a supposed "news" article on the internet and was lured in by the potential to try the site out with 100 free bids. I signed up for the account and was directed to a page to enter my credit card information. The web page is so fractured in appearance, that many portions of the site appear to be ads. I reviewed the box requesting my credit card information multiple times before submission to make sure I would not be charged a fee. The next morning, I discovered a charge for $149.75 on my bank statement. I immediately contacted the company via email, as instructed by the company's voicemail system, and requested a refund. I received a prompt email stating that the terms and conditions were "clearly stated" on their webpage and that bids are nonrefundable. Since there have been so many complaints listed against them on websites such as this one, I sent a follow-up email contesting that their website was "clearly" labeled and, again, asked for a refund.

GET A FULL REFUND IN 1 DAY. DO NOT TAKE PARTIAL REFUND OF $65. Say you want a full refund or you will dispute, thats! Be forceful, just say no thanks I will call my bank.

Call priceshuffle.com Number is on the site at the bottom where it says contact us.

Tell them you want a full refund. No matter what they say, even if they offer a partial refund, say no thanks..."I will call my bank and dispute this... then I email the FTC and the attorney general for CA and your state. Also tell them that you will be posting all of this online. Tell them your call is being recorded as well, as you will be looking into a pending class action law suit.

They will issue a full refund trust me, they issued a full refund for me and I received it in 3 days. They will ALWAYS issue a refund if they think you will dispute the charge. This site is a scam. Do not take anything less than a full refund, if not dispute it and tell your bank that the charges were not on the site and the button to agree to the terms was pre-checked. So in fact you did not agree to anything. This happened to me. DISPUTE FTC ATTORNEY GENERAL and if they do not refund CONTACT THE GLENDALE, CA POLICE DEPARTMENT and ask to speak to a DETECTIVE.

EVEN THOUGH THEY REFUND THEY ARE CON ARTISTS THAT PAY UP WHEN THEY MEET SOMEONE SMART ENOUGH TO CALL THEM ON THEIR CON.

THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE IN FEDERAL PRISON. CONTACT FTC AND ATT GEN... I am doing so at a rate of 3 letters a day, and I will keep doing this for years. Stay tuned because I will have their REAL ADDRESS Soon. I know they are in Glendale, CA
