I've been taking Primal Harvest Collagen and Primal Harvest Mind Fuel. I've noticed a positive difference with both. It's not immediate, but gradual, which is to be expected. When I was taking another supplement, I called customer Service and they immediately stopped the auto-ship and went out of their way to do so. I've been very satisfied with Primal Harvest. Any questions I've had and sent an email were quickly answered.
They have absolutely terrible customer service. They reply to some emails but not all and I finally just had to call, they were rude and do not appreciate your bissiness.

I ordered the primal Harvest multivitamin from this company which was supposed to be shipped once a month. Everything went fine for the first 3 months. However just recently they charged my account but I never received the product. I contacted them and they stated it had been shipped and I had received it. I never received the product and reconnected them. They then replied that they couldn't find my account in their system. So basically after charging my account and telling me that I had received it now they mysteriously can't find my account. Something isn't right they have been reported and I will never order from them again
