Tammy front store cashier needs a bath, she is rude and loud. I don't understand why this girl hasn't been told that if she's representing their store, appearance is important. Please do something about her. This is a great place to shop, the rest of the staff is amazing. If you have any questions call me *******984
They make excuses about shipping taking up to 3 weeks, while all other stores ship within a few days. They don't provide you with a tracking number and even if you go to the store directly, they hand you a phone number you can never reach for a tracking number. They tell you in an email that you can track but don't give you the tracking number and if you email them, even repeatedly, they never answer. How stupid is that?

I bought a Compressor 14 month ago. I used it may be 3 or 4 times a month.
One morning I came into my shop and the motor of the compressor made a funny noise

A short time. My old compressor was 26 years old when the motor gave up. My grandson had the same problem, his was 12 month and 2 weeks old and died. I do not recommend any compressors from Princess Auto. They are garbage.

Price correction is extremely bad, many items do not match what is shown. Most do not realize it. Today a Hyundai plug was shown to be 6.99$ I asked the clerk is it on sale for less she looked it up nope it 9.99 I said your pricing is wrong. No response nothing. Be careful this is the forth item I have come across. Costco if price is wrong it red flags and a discount and a apology.

Not only will the never pick up the phone at National Call Center they won't respond to an email to even tell customer any status of their order. Probably the worst experience I have ever had online.

Ordered a sawmill extension. Online it showed it coming with the Log post and the log clamp (log dog). Received the package 2 or 3 weeks later... Those parts not there... Phoned Princess auto Customer Service. They told me that the picture online in the ad was wrong, so they said they would refund me $200. Just had to get it approved by the manager... Next day got a call back, they told me the manager said no refund as I did not need the parts that they show online in the ad... I don't know if any of you have used a sawmill, but a track without a log clamp and post is useless... it is totally unsafe. That manager is a total idiot who does not know what he is selling. His advice will get somebody seriously hurt or killed... Did more research and found out that the picture that they are using online to represent their product was taken from Woodlandmills.com's website. Woodlandmills track extension comes with those parts that they showed... Requested to send back and am in process now. Also, contacted Woodlandmills to let them know that Princess auto is ripping of their product images. Also put in a false advertising complaint with the Canadian Competition Bureau. Had another order for a tire inflator/pressure gauge. When it arrived it was different that advertised as well... It seem that there is a lot of items that are misrepresented on Princess Auto's web site... I suggest never ordering anything from them unless you get to check it out in the store first... if you compare the two photos attached, you can clearly see the rip off of the competitor's ad. Princess auto does not even have the same clamp design!

I spent over half an hour at Princess auto. Their computer says they have 14 in stock. They couldn't find ONE! What a bunch of idiots. It's not that they are small. 20 Gallons! I gave up and left.

Princess Auto's shipping policy is terrible. I have tried twice to order items and they, for some reason or other, will not ship to store. The price, no matter how much I order, ($72) is enough to make you cancel the order.
I don't get how they can have anything under 3 stars here. I am so satisfied again with princess auto. That I wanted to leave a review hoping they see it. Thank you have been a customer since a kid when you where in the old hangers building in the corner. I returned an old power fist 3" vise that the cast had broke. Old ten plus years old im thinking. No receipt no 3" vise in store. Got a 4" vise that is around what I paid years ago. Thank you.

We were excited about the option to order products online via PrincessAuto.com, and it was the most frustrating experience we've ever received for online ordering.
Ultimately, they cancelled the order without telling us after 3+ weeks of no communication/updates, and even after emailing them about our frustration with requiring ANY customer service, they were non-communicative. Even after phone calls, no one even knew how their systems worked, and couldn't tell us WHY someone would cancel the order 4 weeks after it was promised within 5 days.
Never again will I order online from PrincessAuto.com.

I purchased a Gorilla cart that was supposed to arrive three days late. When I called the delivery company, they had lost it (Purolator). I called Princess Auto (Ethan) and he could not have been more helpful and PATIENT! He called the delivery company for me, called me back, waited for a very long time for me to gather all the necessary info. (I was at work and away from my credit card info.) re-ordered the cart for me, gave me an added discount, waved the shipping fee and thanked ME for my patience and understanding when it was the delivery agent's fault. 12 hours later, I just received a confirmation that the new cart is on its way with a different delivery company. It was a refreshing experience in this day and age of dealing with any company's customer service. Thank you Ethan!

I purchased a sale item online, and didn't receive my confirmation email initially, although I did get one at the time. I was concerned my order hadn't been placed, so I called customer service to see if it indeed go thru. They said, yes, everything was fine and supplied me withy order number. One day later, I receive another email saying they made a mistake, inventory is sold out your order is cancelled. And that's it. No attempt to rectify the issue. I called customer service again and they said the same thing. No inventory on that specific item, if you'd like to buy something else feel free. A reputable company will fix their mistakes, and at least offer a different model at the sale price, even if it's the better model. Princess Auto clearly could care less about their customers. I won't be shopping there any longer.

Ordered a AC unit July 10 2020. I checked the site daily for status with no new information other than "Not Shipped". 17 days later I received and email saying it was not in stock. I had sent them an email July 22 through their website asking about the status and if I there was a problem that I would change out this AC unit for another on that was just advertised in their new flyer. I never heard back.
Called the customer service and finally reached someone who basically stated that there is nothing they can do and they will not have any more AC units this year. Thank you Princess Auto!
Last week l was in Princess Auto and was in need of a product. I was helped by Cassie (Spell) sorry and she was the most nicest employee l have had at this store. I was having a horrible day and overwhelmed. Cassie made my day! Thankyou kindly for your service.

First, online inventory showed product in stock, got there and staff couldnt find any of the 24 in inventory. Then drive 45 kms to another store and found product but was grossly misrepresented in the advertising. It was not capable of doing what was advertised and it did not come with all the accessories that were supposed to be included. Customer Service gave me the blow off with no explanation for the false advertising which is still used online today! Obviouslely this is intentional!

These guys have great sales and service - delivery is always super fast - I ask for Purolator and the cost is very reasonable - don't hesitate to do business with them and they have great guarantees too that they stand by

I ordered a set of trailer taillights online, and received an email a day or so later that the order was ready for pickup. Upon arrival I was asked to park in a numbered space, call the store and tell them I was here, which I did and I also clicked on the link the text that that had been sent to me... at that time there were four or five cars in the spaces. I waited, and waited, and waited. I asked a couple of employees, who didn't seem to know anything. Bottom line, I finally got the package 50 minutes after arrival. A totally disorganized mess of an operation.

Don't try to use their curbside pickup unless you have an hour or so to waste.
Lethbridge store or probably all princess store r selling gorilla wood glue thats been frozen! The store was aware of it and instead of pulling from shelf, they marked it sale item at $5.99!
Princess auto stores are a "junk" store
Why do you hire people that know next to nothing about most products you sell. Most of the time you will find them somewhere down one of the back isles on their phones. Once you track these useless entitled employees down, they will have no idea what you are looking for or what isle to go to. Typical responses, "I dunno, not sure, did you ask the front?. Gone are the days that you have to know things about your job but yet these people are all screaming for a living working wage close to $20 an hour when they aren't even worth minimum wage. This generation lacks 0 common sense and be careful because you might trigger them if you ask them for help or hurt their feelings if you don't know their sexual perferance and proper pronouns to use. Can't wait for robots to take over most duties at stores like this and hone depot, reno etc. The world is doomed.

I have attempted to order online twice and both cancelled for no real good reason. In a day of ordering and delivery being generally seamless, they had better get the stuff together soon.
