Customer service is terrible. I agree with the others that you cannot get a hold of anyone and they only offer further discounts. Who wants a discount on a future product when you haven't received the one you already paid for. It has been a month since they collected my money and still no product.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts way back before Christmas. They stole my money and won't respond. This may have been a company at one time now they're just an online scam.
Told them to cancel order 20 days after order was placed since it had still not shipped and filed resolution with PayPal. After 26 days a tracking number was sent but now 29 days after order was placed still no tracking is available yet. This place is a complete scam.

Placed an order well over a month ago. I was charged and never received my merchandise. I've called, and emailed the company three times with the same bull$#*! email response. I have not received my money back or actually got a response from an actual person.
I ordered a shirt and hat on May 20th and got my order number in a email confirmation after ordering. Here we are almost a month later and no info on my order. I can't even get a response to any of their "contact us" methods. I have tried calling and you just get a voicemail saying no one is there to pick up the phone and to just email them. I have emailed them 3 times, to only get the same automated email response all three times. On their contact us page to says to reach out on Facebook with their Facebook link. I have messaged them on there once and no response. I want to know when my hat and shirt are going to arrive that I paid $65 for.
Go ANYWHERE else because these people couldn't spell customer support less provide it. I placed an order with them & it took them over 2 WEEKS TO PUT IT IN THE MAIL & I still haven't received it! A TOTAL WAIST OF TIME!
