Ordered mine less than three weeks ago, picture of my cat Stanley and received it last night! I have been reading a lot of reviews and was worried I might be in trouble but I really am so happy with how smoothly ordering went! No problems what so ever, might buy another one to be honest!
They don't honor guarantees. When you call them out on their BS, you get threatened with all of these garbage claims of law suits and felony charges. Look at the reply I got from "Customer Service" lol idiots

Customer service is terrible to a long time customer. They have now lost a long time customer because they are now not at all responding to my emails. I originally order my Christmas gift on November 29th. The item said it was in pre transit on the 13th of December. The order got lost in the mail during crazy Christmas traffic. I even understood that. They said they were reprinting and shipping one too me and I still have never received it. I now today just flagged my card because they will not respond to me after many emails. All I wanted was the gift for my mother for Christmas even if it didn't come in time. No real phone number to contact. Will not be purchasing from them every again. They do not work to help the customer at all.
Not only will you never get your item and spend months fighting for your money back but you'll also have to deal with the children that are responding to your emails (if they respond at all). I attached an image of their response to a review I left on another website. They thought only I could see it but these people need to be exposed for their ignorance. Despicable people and a truly horrible company. Do not purchase from them! I used PetCanva after this and they were AMAZING
I ordered a blanket from here for Christmas for my daughter. I realized that I wouldn't receive it before Christmas because of the time I ordered it. Here we are in February, still no blanket. I have sent numerous emails and even a message through Facebook since I cannot find a Customer Service phone number. No response at all! Lesson learned, grateful I only ordered one item and not more. They had no problem taking my money!
Lies, BS, and threats. How is this company still functioning? The don't honor their rules and threatened law suits when asked for a refund. Pictures provided are emails they set. My email has been whited out for privacy.

I have been trying to figure out what is going on with my order for the last month. I placed it on December 14th and have not recieved even an email to approve my prints. I have sent emails asking for some information, and i was told once that someone was going to resend (eventhough i never recieved an original email and yes i checked spam) the email to approve my prints, but haven't heard anything since. I am getting increasingly frustrated. This was supposed to be a gift for my brother and his wife and i spent $100 on my order. I would really appreciate some follow up about my order!
Ordered in November. Now Feb. Messaged, emailed, facebooked and tweeted politely asking for updates. They blocked me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Wish I'd researched properly before placing the order. Have disputed the charges and got money back, thank goodness, but this business falsely represents itself as a caring company that can deliver quality products with friendly service. It does none of these things.
Long story short ordered 3 items in October. Received one dodgy shirt end of December. One okay mug January and no blanket at all. Was accused of fraud even though I have evidence only one item was sent with 2nd shipment. Taking thousands of dollars off of customers with no products and a dodgy set up usually results in the company getting shut down so why are they still allowed to operate?! Also, The rudest people I've ever come across.
Ordered my blanket on November 3rd for my son for Christmas. Way before their cutoff for Christmas delivery date. Was emailed stating it was being wrapped up and ready to ship. Christmas has come and gone. Have sent over 10 emails and get bull crap answers and still no blanket. I have contacted pay pal and will probably contact the BBB. This is such a disgraceful business! My son would have loved his cat on a blanket and now he'll never receive it.

I ordered my phone case in October of last year (2018) and I still haven't received and it's February 3,2019. I've sent multiple emails and I finally got a response yesterday where they said that I never replied to the proof that they sent back in December even though I did. This company is very sketchy and I do not recommend to anyone looking to purchase from it. I will be contacting my credit card company. I'm very sad considering that I had to save up to buy this.
I order $114 worth of merchandise from this company for Christmas gifts on Nov. 8, well ahead of the website's stated deadline to receive by Christmas. It's now Jan 8. And I still have no products. I've emailed numerous times and if they did respond, which was only a couple of times, they asked me to be patient but still couldn't give me any idea of when I could expect my order. They have horrible customer service and have collected my money but have not fulfilled the order. Save yourself your money, the hassle and frustration.

Multiple attempts to contact the company have been met with silence. They took my $47 USD and did not provide what I ordered. Do not order from this scam of a company.
I, like others, ordered a blanket and never received it. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Order place on November 1st, and have yet to receive. The one good thing... if you paid via PayPal, file for a refund under their Purchase Protection. I did and since print your pet didn't respond to their inquiry, PayPal refunded my money.
The worst customer service ever! Like everyone else I ordered well before the deadline for Christmas. All my emails asking for updates were ignored. On Christmas Day I still hadn't even been sent the artwork to approve, so I filed a complaint with PayPal. I was refunded within 10 days as Print Your Pet didn't even respond to the claim.
Worst company ever. I purchased in November with guarantee before Christmas. A few says after my order processed, I received an email it would be delayed. I requested to cancel. 10 days later they responded they couldn't. I requested again. No response. Then 2 weeks later- they stated it was being completed and they would expedite. A week later- my status is "unfulfilled" and I get no response. THEIVES.
My boyfriend ordered one of their custom pet photo blankets for me around Christmas 2018, it's now June 2019 and we never received the item or a refund. We have called numerous calls and not once have they picked up. We've also emailed to no avail. I commented on their Facebook asking where my blanket was and they instantly deleted my comments, messaged me saying they already refunded me (although they haven't and they didn't even have the order number that my comment was in refernce to) then they proceeded to block me so I could not respond. Have filed complaint to the Better Business Bureau and encourage others to do the same.
This website is a total scam they will rip you off. When you email them to ask what's going on they send threatening emails! I have all the emails to prove it! I ordered a blanket that should have a recently deceased pet on it and never received it! Totally lownin my opinion... heed my warning, don't order anything from them!
I ordered two items in December and as of May have still not received them. Thankfully I used PayPal and they refunded me. The correspondence with this company was unprofessional, and I was blocked on FB when I told them I contacted the BBB. I also found out that they do not give proceeds to animal shelters. The one listed on their website doesn't exist! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
I ordered a painting November 11 and was suppose to have by Christmas! Still don't have it! Have written 4 emails to customer service and no response! This is the worse place I have ever encountered! Plus they won't refund your money so I'm out $80! DONT ORDER from here!
I ordered three shirts in early December. They did not arrive until March despite them telling me that they would upgrade me to priority shipping and refund me for my shipping costs which were actually free due to how much I ordered and them. I emailed them several times explaining I was missing a T shirt and one person in May said she'd look into it. They never got back to me after I attempted to follow up a few more times. I then told them I no longer wanted the third T shirt, but instead wanted a refund for at least 1/3 of my order. They stopped responding to me and when I would try to call the phone on their website they're never available. Today I reached out to the company on instagram and they blocked me from one of my accounts. I found an Instagram that exposes them as being scam artists with horrible customer service. I am very disappointed that I used this company before finding out that they are a scam. I have contacted my bank so that I can be refunded for why full order total.
I personally believe they send out a few orders here and there to keep people thinking they are legit.
