Susan Howard and Estelle Hassler have simply stolen my money, I paid via PayPal, since they had "issues" with a payment processor in New York - Since then they have lied time and again to me and now just ignore my continuing email contacts. The website clearly states 100% guaranteed delivery or money will be refunded back, which is of course yet another lie. They are located in Israel, so there will be no luck in getting them to court in the USA.

Total Scam. Ordered 2 cartons in March. Nothing ever came. Excuse after excuse. Then they said it got lost in the mail? Told me I could not get a refund because the package was sent! Going to look into legal options because the site should be taken down

It has now been 1 year since we sent our money (200.00) and did not get the product. Now I know why they did not take credit cards, because they could easily be disputed. 35 emails later with excuse after excuse and still no refund. Never have I ever dealt with a company like this. It is a disgrace to all good online companies. Promise after promise has been broken. This is the first negative review I have ever written, but no one deserves it more. Please do not let them do this to you.

Total Scam. 9 months. No delivery by the time a found this stuff out it was too late and I'm out over $200

Orfered my cigarettes, paid $150.00 and almost 2 months later still no package. They would not start tracking until after a month. Then wants ten days for tracking. Well the 10 days is over with no updates. Feel like i will be lucky if I receive a refund. Worst mail order I have ever dealt with

I ordered two cartons on 12/9/20 from this FAKE company and have not recieved NOTHING from them! I asked for a REFUND and they say they can not refund my money! I will be reporting them to BBB as well big time SCAMMERS!

Pro-smokes.com is a scam. After they get your money, you'll never get the product. They will string you along but never send your cigs. Don't give them your money. They've been reported to the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI for fraud.

Order was placed on 5/8/2019 So far received nothing but excuses and appreciation for my patience that has run out months ago and that was after paying extra for express shipping, imagine how long of a wait if i just did standard shipping

I ordered 4 cartons on September 25,2018. They finally arrived April Fool's Day 2019. Pro-Smokes gave me a run around to my repeated phone calls and emails. When I said that I saw the terrible reviews (too late!) they countered that they were written by nasty competitors. Who's nasty now?

They are a scam. 97.00 and nothing. Don't do it! I am not sure if there even is such a thing as an online company that you can get tobacco from unless you have a license for resale. I've tried but trust me... just go to wholesale club and freeze them if you stock up.

Placed my cigarettes order with them more than 2 month ago and requested a tracking number. The claimed that cigarettes were shipped and provided a tracking number which is invalid and does not show that actual shipment occurred. I waited for 1 month and send them request to provide me with the shipping status of the order. They replied that order was returned to sender and they will re-ship the cigarettes within 48 hours. Waited for 2 weeks, inquired again, - they neither re-shipped nor refunded the order.

I order 6 cartons of cigarettes at November 2018, today its February 21 2019 and I still don't have my order or money back!

I ordered 4 cartons of Camel Lights on Dec 12 2017. It is now March 18th 2018 and I haven't got my order. They made up some bogus story about my package being held up at the border somewhere. I told them that I want a refund and they said in order to get a refund I need to send them a bank statement showing I paid. Sketchy sketchy. I did it anyways and they said I'd get a refund in a few weeks.

I'd NEVER buy cigarettes from them!

They are pro-scammers and will have you hanging on to hope for at least 10 months and then start from scratch again until you get tired. And you will never see your money again. I have contacted the FBI and am trying to get them to investigate but also contact Phillip Morris in NYC about what they are doing and sending their products with a promise of receipt. Morris could have an investigation as well if they don't work with the FBI and other agencies I have gathered. Listen, don't give them your money, take out someone you love to a great dinner instead. At least you'll get something for your money.

This site is a 100% scam and no one should buy from ever unless they just want to throw away money. I purchased from them and after the shipment never came, they kept telling me it'll come soon and to just wait. Finally I realized it was never coming and requested a refund, and they just said it was some error and to keep waiting.

I requested a refund several times, it's been several months now with NO response and no refund. I don't want anyone to experience this... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Complete scam.

WTF NO PRODUCT, NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER. 1/26/18 TO DATE 3/13/18. BOGUS TRACKING # no response to calls or e-mails. Bogus company!

Took my order without any trouble. 2 weeks later long after the money clears I still have nothing from them. I complain, a few days later I get an answer saying they have waited 2 weeks to actually process the order and I have to wait 4-5 more days for a tracking number. $-5 more days and nothing another few days waiting for a response. I get an excuse saying the tracking number information was unavailable due to some company problem. I ask for a refund and report the transaction to the authorities. Flash forward almost a month after the original order and I am provided with a fraudulent USPS tracking number to an order that should already be here. Reported them again and again stated I wanted a refund. I doubt I'll ever see the money again but I am going to keep reporting until something happens.

Although I think all these online cigarette sales companies are run by the same people, Pro Smokes are terrible delivery times and poor customer service. My last order took almost 4 months and rarely could I get a response from customer service by eithr email or phone call
