This broker is not bad actually and I might stay with them. Anyway the trading fees are about same everywhere. Executions is what really makes the difference. I've seen some brokerage agreements that allow up to 5 seconds of delays. Not milliseconds! Keep away from those. Profitstrade is fast enough, I recommend!

This broker is a complete failure. Despite successful transactions, withdrawals became a nightmare. They were constantly unable to process my requests and the support team was unresponsive. Luckily, another company came to my rescue and helped me get my funds back support (at) fast-recovery(.)io. Beware of this unreliable broker; their lack of transparency and accountability is alarming. I strongly advise looking for a more reliable partner for your financial transactions.

I am trying to get my money out of them for a month by now. As soon as I expressed my wish to do so they stopped communicating immediately. The only way of getting in touch with them is online form. No emails, no phone numbers. So-called account manager emailed me a couple of times before all this started and he was calling me at least once a week too. Everything stopped at once. No reply, no answer from them. My money shows in "user cabinet" as "withdrawal initialised" for a month and there is no chance of finding out what is happening.

I had a call from Amanda Millerat profite trade, she were very insistent which is fine, but i just lost 2k with brokermajor a total scam, so i told her I spoke to my wife and right now i wont be able to invest. I was still telling her and would have said please call me in a couple weeks and we can discuss something. But no she put the phone down mid sentence which i find very rude so will not be trying this company.

Had an issue with my trading platform, I contacted their support who resolved within minutes. Instead of being sent a link and told to read and solve myself which is what my others brokers would do. They walked me thru it to resolve the issue. Have been constantly surprised by the level of support I always get from Profitstrade. It does make a big difference! Keep up the good work.

ProfitsTrade is a SCAM.
Please DO STAY AWAY from them.
1) They are not regulated.
2) They put a lot of pressure on you to invest
3) They show you nice profit and the disappear with your original Investment.
4) They will also use your personal information (passport, driving licence, home address, electronic signature...) for fraudulent activities.

Just opened account with Profitstrade couple of days ago but one thing I can already say at this point is that their customer care is great. I am so impressed with their dedication to guide new customers, need to mention Patrick who has been really patient and understanding consultant to deal with with all my questions asked, he has given me clear answers and went above and beyond what was asked of him.

For the love of your mental health, kindly stay away from this company. They'll make very enticing offer and when you make deposits, withdrawal becomes impossible.

There's no reliable customer service, so contacting them is impossible.

At the beginning everything was fine but as soon I put my money on their platform communication stopped. I was trying to contact them but nobody is answering.

I opened an account with them in June, two months ago, had some issues with my international transactions, but profitstrade was always following up the situation and helped me anyway they could. I recommend this broker to everyone who is serious about making progress in their trading career. Funny to read some of the negative reviews, mostly people are losing money by overtrading, gambling and then blaming the broker.

As per the title it is a scam and they are annoying as hell with at least 5 calls daily. DAILY!
I already asked them to stop and they won't. Call on different numbers everytime. Harassing $#*!*****! Do not give them your info. Stay away from them!

Do not trust this platform or anyone that is affiliated with it. They very quickly take your money and convincingly suggest you add more to withdraw!
