I ordered flowers to be delivered next day. Chatted with their customer service and was promised the flowers will be delivered next day. It was never delivered as promised but was showing delivered when I tracked it. I reached out to their customer service. They eventually delivered the flowers a day after when it was supposed to be delivered, but the flowers delivered wasn't the same flowers I paid for. I attached a picture of what I ordered vs what was delivered. These guys are scammers. Run for your own good.

They then tell me after I paid that they can't deliver on that day and that they can only deliver on Monday. Told them to proceed. Emailed on Monday to see where it was and had to phone on Tuesday to hear that they didn't plan on sending it. Requested refund, but still no reply yet. How difficult can it be for Jenny Williams to process something she should've done hundreds of times?

Service with another florist fell through, and i needed a dozen red roses delivered that same afternoon.

I purposely picked one of their most expensive arrangents ($350). But was very embarrased to see that mine was worse than most of the other flowers at the funeral. There were only a few stems of flowers, the rest being filled up with green leaves.
I sent them an email informing them of my dissatisfaction the next day, but, I was totally ignored, not even a simple apology.
Placed an order to be delivered in the United States for Mother´s day (I live in Europe).
Customer service took care of everything, and a beautiful Orchid bouquet was delivered on Sunday alongside with my message and they contacted me upon delivery.
Impeccable service, i will for sure use progift again!

An incorrect item was delivered so I contacted customer service to let them know. They apologized and asked me to send a photo of what was delivered. I sent the photo and they quickly sent the correct item.
Although I was disappointed, they appeared sympathetic and were quick to correct the mistake.

Ordered flowers to be sent to Japan. Chose a beautiful arrangement shown on their website (first photo). The recipient sent me a photo of what she received (second photo)--nothing like what I saw on their website and paid $144 for. Yes, they have a disclaimer that flowers and vases may be different from those shown on their website, but the arrangement that was delivered was nothing more than a bunch of flowers, with an abundance of green leaf filler, plopped into a vase. Just be aware that the beautiful arrangement you see on the website is not necessarily what you get. So disappointed.
This company charges about 30% more than their competition. I decided to go ahead with them after I spoke with their customer service via chat and they assured me that the flowers I was ordering for my mother in Italy would be delivered the next day (Sunday). The timing was important to me, as it was my mother's birthday.
I selected my mom's favorite flowers and placed the order. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered until the day after next day (Monday). Not only was it delivered late, but also they changed the flowers in the bouquet without asking me. That was an even bigger problem, as I had originally chosen my mom's favorite flowers.
When I contacted customer service to ask for my money back they used the excuse that the local flower shop was closed on Sunday. That's after I was assured by customer service that they would be delivered on Sunday and me paying their fee, which is higher than anyone else's.
Upon my request to get my money back for the poor service, they told me that my mother would have to go and return the bouquet to the flower shop for me to get my money back.
I will never order from them again. Very disappointing experience and poor, scammy customer service.

Upon reviewing your order we did see that our chat agent had stated that Sunday delivery was possible in the city requested (which it is, the unit was not closed, a driver was not available as the order was placed last minute). Unfortunately, as your order was placed at almost 6pm local time on Saturday afternoon, we were unable to schedule a driver for your delivery on Sunday. We sent an email notification as soon as we were made aware of this (less than 2 hours after the order was placed) and we did not hear back from you with any concerns (no messages were received on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday morning), so we proceeded with the delivery on the next available business day (Monday), and did not hear from you until the day after (Tuesday) in regards to any issues. Please note our delivery fees are a flat rate, so no additional fees were charged for same day or next day delivery. Our team was on top of all of our emails and responses and provided as much information as they could as soon as they were made aware, so we regret you were unhappy with our quick updates and responses. The item was delivered in perfect condition on the first available date, as we notified you on Saturday via email and online. We also offered you a discount as you were unhappy, which you did not accept. In regards to the Full Refund requested, as this appeared to be the only satisfactory solution for you, we did offer a full refund as an exception to our Terms and Conditions (which details the perishable nature of flowers), however, items would need to be returned, as with any other type of item you purchase, for a full refund. Since I couldn't make it to my aunt's funeral in Paris, I was able to send flowers through ProGift. My cousin did in fact receive the flowers on time and I am pleased.
I have been waiting 5 months for my order to arrive. The last correspondence I had after they told me it had arrived and then told me no sorry that was a glitch, was it was now on hold. Never again. And they still have my money!

I live in Maryland, and my grandparents live out in the woods in New Brunswick Canada. That being said, you can imagine how hard it is to get flowers delivered to them. Today's their 54th wedding anniversary. I ordered from ProGiftNet this morning, and i got email updates throughout. They just got their flowers, only 3 hours later! They're in gorgeous condition. 100% worth the price. I'm extremely impressed with their service, i will continue purchasing from this place.
Now i have two very happy grandparents in Canada :)
I send flowers to chile for a funeral, I paid top price and they delivered nothing like i bought. I bought a spray and they deliver a tiny basket, when a complained they say that is all they can do because is hard to make those arrangements in Chile, which is a lie, because my mother was there sending me pictures of the flowers I sent.
How many time customers buy something online thinking that that is exactly what you would get and is not, i was lucky my mother was there and took a picture and send it to me otherwise i would had no way to know. I was very disappointed and mad about it. Then someone came and they ask to the daughter of the decease to take the flowers instead of bringing something to complement it, since they mess up. Took the flowers away and bring the same thing only with a little more flowers on. Total scam please don't use this flower service.
I wanted to show my appreciation for the customer service and support this company provided. Having lost someone quite dear to me in Australia while being on the other side of the world left me at a loss. I spoke to them via chat and asked for a call to help guide me through the options since I wasn't sure what I should send - the girl who helped me was very understanding of the situation and helped me choose a plant arrangement (since I wanted to send something that would continue to bloom) - they took my order over the phone, delivered everything perfectly on time, and it was a beautiful basket of blooming and green plants. Really thankful for the patience and help.

I used progiftnet.com twice in the past month, and they helped me so much that I had to write to a review. First, my boss had forgotten to send Valentine's flowers to his wife, and I spoke to them at 1pm on Valentine's to place a same day order and they helped to deliver a dozen roses within hours. Then, a week later my boss needed to send a condolence arrangement to his family in Vienna, Austria, and they did a great job on a beautiful arrangement. They were very helpful and I will continue to use them in the future.
Tip for consumers:
They are quick to respond to questions - I must have e-mailed them about the Vienna order 10 times since my boss changed his mind on the arrangement, so don't hesitate to e-mail their customer service.
First of all I want to thanks ProGiftNet.com for making this delivery possible; any of the International Flower Delivery companies could deliver my order, and ProGift did it in an instant. My Mother was so happy!:-), she received flowers on her birthday in a remote area (Madagascar). The customer service was great! They answered all my questions and managed my order as a VIP. Great service. I sent two different arrangements (a flower basket and an orchid) with chocolates included to family in two different countries for Easter, and Progift delivered exactly what I ordered, and my family members loved them. Although I couldn't be with all of my family on Easter, I was thankful for their help in helping my loved ones celebrate the day.
This is an online florist. I order flowers to be delivered to France. I paid $75 for the bouquet + $15 for delivery charge. A total of $90. After an hour, they notified me thru email that the total cost should be $115 without further explanation. I immediately told them I have to cancel due to the big price discrepence. They refused to cancel my order, they said order already en-routed. They didn't wait for my approval of the price increase to execute my order. Another complaint is what I ordered was a basket with peach roses, but what the recipient in France received was just a bunch of leaves, without a single rose. The product was completely different. This is a rip-off, I paid $115 for a bunch of leaves in a very cheap basket. They refused to re-do the order or refund. And nobody ever answered the phone. I regretted I have not looked for reviews before ordering. This co. Is a fraud. I have found similar complaints on their Facebook page. Their name is Progiftnet.
I used Progiftnet to send my wife flowers while she was traveling in Brazil. With 1 day notice, the flowers were delivered to her Hotel. I never saw them myself, but the pictures looked fantastic. 10/10, would use progiftnet again.
I always get consistent quality and service from Progiftnet. Found them originally to send flowers to my mother in law in South America. When she loved them, I knew that I should be using them more often, so I began placing orders through them for my business, and they have not failed me once.
Absolute bogus that the site is a scam or fraud of any sort. I have placed my first purchase with progiftnet.com, but afterwards read the horrible Reviews about them all over the net, which freaked me out. Sadly I believed those reviews and left less than pleasant email with their staff.
I have successfully contacted the support, who were very pleasant, polite AND professional. They apologized for the delay of my order, but in their defense I placed the order on mother's day, which is a very busy time for them, as any other florist online store.
Not only they have communicated with me back and forth, but they checked my order and reassured me it's on the way and offered a discount to make up for the short delay. Shame people don't leave more good reviews. I hope that anyone Reading this will not have any doubts about progiftnet.com like I did, I will definitely consider placing Another order with the Company. If you already placed an order and now are worried, be assured that it's on the way and the staff is there to offer their support.
As far as the reviewer who left one star, they DO state that prices are subject to change and might need to request an added fee due to seasonal changes in prices of their flowers. The reviewer must have not read their faq and policy.
I have been using Progiftnet for two years to send flowers and gifts to clients and have never had a bad experience. The customer service is always great, and they are always ready to answer any questions I may have. The company where I work has clients all over the world, and it's not always easy to find a reliable company to make the deliveries.
I decided to write a review after receiving a heartfelt ‘Thank You' note from a client recently. I sent him a ‘Get Well' gift basket after a he underwent surgery and he was deeply touched by the gift. I was surprised to see some negative reviews online. I can honestly say that it is not a scam, and they are always on top of the orders I place.
