Just bought a UST projector from projectorscreen.com. We liked the experience so far. The projector order process was straightforward. The price was competitive with other websites, we even got a discount as new customer. The delivery was quick, shipped next day, Fedex Home Delivery, took about a week since we are on the other coast (to be expected). They did put another box on top of the projector box (nice!), but the outer packaging could use a little more padding. Projector was brand new as promised.
A week and a half with no screen and no contact from projectorscreen.com! Total waste of money and time! Stay away. Horrible!
I cannot say enough good things about the folks at projectorscreen. I dealt with Brian two years ago... and I didn't pull the trigger on a purchase. Two years later, I was more ready to buy and Brian could not have been nicer in guiding me through the process and answering every single detailed question I had. He fully understood that I was a very discerning buyer and I did not want to have buyer's remorse in any way. The shipping process was EXACTLY as he described. He was direct with what was available and when it would be available. Considering the disruption to normal business operations, the customer service experience was off-the-charts spectacular. My system (projector, screen, AVR) is now fully set up and working perfectly out of the box. I haven't even dialed in the system just yet and it is far surpassing what I had before. This company will be a first stop for me in the future.

It was my first time purchasing a projector screen and I was extremely satisfied with working with Projectorscreen.com. I sent several emails and left a couple of voicemails this past Saturday since my brand-new projector I bought from them wasn't working properly. I was having a party that night and bought the projector specifically for that night. The owner of the company personally called me back that same day and helped me troubleshoot my problem and get everything working. I couldn't be happier!
They had the Optoma UHZ65 projector in stock which is backorderd everywhere else plus were able to get it to me in 2 days with free shipping.
These guys answered their phones after business hours on a Friday night. Wasn't really expecting to talk to anyone, let alone anyone that knows what they were talking about. Boy was I wrong! They clearly know projector screens and don't seem married to any one brand in particular. They stayed late to help with only a few hundred dollar order, and they even followed up the next week to make sure everything went smoothly.
I can see why there are so many good reviews- these guys are certainly reputable.
They have a $#%#$%# load of options on their site. I had no clue where to start so I jumped into live-chat. Within 10 minutes we had figured out the best screen for my companies meeting room. I would have been lost without their help and when I price checked around they were already the lowest in Google. I plan on buying our whiteboard from them too when we are ready,

I needed a remote for my client's motorized screen overnighted to me. It was a small purchase- I would imagine the shipping probably cost more than the item- but their sales rep made sure the order went through and shipped in time for us. They really helped us out in a jam.
Happy with purchase. Item did arrive one day later than expected, but that was due to manufacturer and customer service notified me to give me the heads up. Seems like they have the best prices, so I'll keep shopping there.
They are easy to get a hold of and both people I spoke with are so friendly and helpful. The guy helped get me a discount on a projector and screen for my husband. Definitely recommend!

Couldn't find just the screen material I was looking for anywhere online- reached out to these guys because they had a lot of dalite products. They were able to get me exactly what I needed within just a few minutes on the phone. Followed up quickly with an email and everything else went smoothly.

Their website has a lot of cool features to help figure out the best screen to work with my projector. It was really helpful. That and their cheap prices made the sale for me! Oh and free shipping.
When the item didn't arrive on time, they OVERNIGHTED another one on their tab. They "saved" the day since I had construction workers waiting for the paint on Aug. 11. I would definitely do business with them again. Courteous and gracious communications! Wonderful to work with!

I was having an issue processing my order, so I reached out to customer service. They were so friendly and quick to figure out the problem (it was actually my fault... lol). They processed my order over the phone and made sure to follow up a few weeks later to make sure I received everything. I'm very happy with this website.
Their customer service sold me on a better screen because I couldn't control the lighting in the room and I'm so glad I did. My neighbor is having the same problem that they brought up to me- the sun glare is making part of the picture streaky. Glad I listened to them!
I wish I could give them 10 stars! Maybe I'll just leave a review 2x! Hahah! Their live chat thing was great- the guy on the other end answered all my questions and sent me a link so I could complete my transaction on my own. I called when I was having trouble and they were so nice and walked me through it! Really like these guys!
The website was clean and easy to work, they had a great product selection. I did some price shopping and at least for my research, their prices were the lowest and they have free shipping. They didn't screw up my order, so I'll be back and recommend!
I was able to find the exact screen that I needed here. Other sites I tried to shop at were much more difficult to navigate and left me really confused.
I received a defective item from projectorscreen.com, which was no fault of their own of course. But my problem came when I tried to return it for an exchange within the first week of purchasing. Sadly they only have a 14 day return policy and you are charged a significant restocking fee. I was left with no choice but to go to the manufacturer for repair/replacement warranty, which turned out to be a long and frustrating venture. Projectorscreen.com does have very good customer service, but beware of their return policy. I won't be purchasing there any more due to that. I will stick with sellers that have hassle-free policies for returns and/or exchanges like Amazon.
