I cancelled my order almost within 2 hours after ordering and the lady kept questioning why I wanted to cancel my order and kept bugging me instead of just cancelling my order. It took forever to get a response. I asked for a refund and she said she already gave me one - not true. A week later, I got my money back - but they also took out a transaction fee and also did not give me a full refund. I'm missing about 8 bucks. They also take forever to respond to emails and will only respond if you constantly bug them. Terrible terrible service and site. Also did not let me know that they were only going to give me a partial refund if that was the case. But I never even received the dress - I cancelled almost immediately after purchasing and they charged me a transaction fee and didn't even give me a full refund. No explanation or anything.
