I have purchased the software and found out some issue on it. Their customer support immediately assist and fix my issue. Promlmsoftware have all the functionality I want and meet my requirements. I have used it for months without any problems. I am happy with it.

This by far is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have 20 years MLM experience. The product is advertised very well. The site for company is excellent however they don't deliver what they promise. The owner promised he would communicate with me personally if I had any problems. After I paid my money he didn't take any further calls and assigned me to a sales person who is horrible. She doesn't know anything and always has to get back to me with answers to my questions which takes another 3-7 days. Your site must be hosted on their server and I've been getting server 404 issues ever since they did a new migration. There server runs very slow. They will not answer my phone calls or text. Several features they advertise do not work. They do not have social sharing, there is no social engine, they never coded my comp plan. I have also not been able to test anything related to the comp plan cause they offer no instructions on manual. They also don't have a professional looking platform for tools you want to share with your distributors. My experience with them has been horrible and I am in the process of suing them to get a refund for the several thousand dollars I paid. Also they dont give you contract when you sign with them that outlines the scope of work. They only give you an invoice. As soon as they get your money they could care less about the successful deployment of their platform. Do not go with this company. They are the WORSE!
